My be all the other rooms are different but the one we got (410) was a very worn room.
Dull balcony and again worn and uninspired for the coming stay.
Last the bathroom worn with black edges at the bath and cracked at the bottom.
The towels was matching over used and worn as well.
Noisy fridge and air-conditioning during the night.
The four stars and the price of THB 2,200 per night are not fair at all.
Don't match the super pretty and well maintained golf course.
Unclear pricing regarding both accommodation with and without green fee and the green fee itself starting at THB 6,300 then 4,500 then 3,000 and finally 1,800 per person

Without acting in a professional way in a very difficult situation and without pricing the hotel product correctly according to the actual all over standard.
Too bad for the talented and very friendly staff - both at the reception, the restaurant and the in pro shop/caddies.
They all tried the best which we appreciate.
