The room was comfortable, the matrasses are new. The bedding - clean. Towels were changed every day. Bathroom and room were cleaned every day. All rooms have a fridge. The air conditioning was warming up the room quite fast (it was December).
I needed fast internet, which I got, the signal was strong and not fluctuating, I had a skype business call and I was very satisfied with the wifi connection.
You can park your car in front of the hotel or in the inner courtyard. You can go smoke on the terrace in the inner courtyard, away from the busy street, shielded by a metal fence from any intruders.
