  “I think this was my favorite place to stay in Sri Lanka! The family was so sweet, helpful and welcoming, I felt at home right away. The breakfast and dinner was amazing! It's located a bit outside town, very nice a quiet area. I was able to use the bicycle to explore Mannar. I would have loved to stay much longer here.. I will definately come back here next time I'm in Sri Lanka!”

  “I really enjoyed my stay here. The lady at the front desk was fantastic, helpful and I really enjoyed talking with her and joking with her. Wonderful woman and very helpful. The restaurant was good and good service. When I asked about beer, they didn't have it but the guy in the restaurant said he would get some for me for dinner; I really appreciated this! Shower is excellent and the TV had channels in English. Bed very comfortable and WiFi good in room.”

  “I've spent 11 days there, really nice and quiet homestay with comfortable rooms ! The family is really kind and Mannar is a beautiful and quiet place to visit. Not far from the city center, you'll find a lot of different local restaurants near the house. By bike or Tuktuk you can easily join keeri beach which is wonderful with super clear water (but no shadows !!) Think about renting a bike !”

  “The location was fabulous and the staff were extremely friendly, efficient, helpful and accommodating - the server (boy from Marawila) and Chef were rockstars! The rooms were spacious and very clean, as was the open-to-sky shower, which we loved! Lounge chairs on the deck added to the peaceful ambience. Our only suggestion to Vayu is it would be great if the hotel could provide access to drinking water for the numerous animals nearby.”
