«We visited Palu from Australia and were overwhelmed by the kindness of the people in a recovering disaster zone. The hotel is the only “western” style in the city and is still in process of refurbishing after the tsunami but was lovely.
Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were fine, great breakfast buffet.
Staff were very helpful and kind. Laundry service was fantastic. Could honestly spend all day at the seaside terrace in front of the hotel. A lovely way to end each day watching the sunset.»
