“Concierges went out of their way to be of help for things that are not typically asked for. They helped me to print out crucial documents that had just been emailed to me for my trip to Tibet, and when I asked if they could help with a portion of my hiking boot that was coming off, they took it to another member of their staff who fixed it perfectly. So thankful for this because it was crucial to my upcoming treks, again in Tibet and Nepal. So very thankful for the help.”
