"The location was excellent and easily within walking distance of Xinjiekou station. The staff were always very polite and went out of their way to assist us. The housekeeping staff left towel animals and even a personalized note for us at one point and automatically offered assistance with our luggage on the last day when they saw us. When there was a power outage, the staff made rounds and led us down the emergency stairwell, though it should be noted that this hotel is older, therefore there is no backup electricity generator so had to rely on a manual fix. The suite was impeccably clean and had all the usual amenities while the front desk was always willing to deliver anything else you might require to your room (for example a fruit knife). For the price, the location, the comfort and the service, it was an amazing stay. I would definitely stay here again for future trips to Nanjing. I highly recommend this hotel."
