«we went to stay 3 Nights in Tucan Village and Sergio the host told us we where one of the first guests. the location is great and you have private acess to the Cenote. The walk to the town is about 20-30 minutes walk, in the end we where glad to had a car, since my mom has diffciculties to walk long distances. The Hosts and the Location is Great, alltho compared to the prices that is slightly overpriced in my opinion, i would recommend to improve a couple of things. The Breakfast honestly is not worth to mention, (cup of coffe and a dry sweet bread) i think if you serve some fruits and a bit more variation in the breakfast your guests will apreciate it a lot! we where with 4 people and had differente opinons, two people from our group thought that it was expensive for what it is and what they offer, the other two thought it was ok, but about the breakfast we all had the same opinion. As well because there is not much around to have a good breakfast so i think it will improve a lot your buisness. The Rooms where clean but had litterally no Glass windows, they had windows but it was blocked with wooden panels that you could open but there was no glass or mosquito net. Another point was there was no showergel or shampoo offered, basicly just some handsoap and a really small package of shampoo that i thought somebody forgot, not enough for four people. We had to ask two times for new toilet paper since it wasnt refilled in the room, and maybe another point to mention is that its really close to the highway, you can hear trucks on the highway in the night.
Now, writing all this and reviewing my stay i would give high points for the Hosts that i personally liked and the fact that you can jump literally from the garden into the cenote , but fo the rest i would give less points since i see there is a lot to improve. anyhow i wish the Hosts good luck with their plans and i hope they use my comments not as offend but use them to improve their service and offer.»
