It was 15-20 mins walk from Onomichi station but was very quiet at night. Also, it was close to all the famous local eateries, a supermarket and 7-11 so dont mind the walk. Staff speaks English and they showed ferry and bus schedules which brought great convenience.”

The couple who owns the place offered to help us find the most cost efficient way to get to where we had to go after Imabari and spent at least 1.5 hrs googling with us and then helping us book a bus on a site that had no English translation. Truly miracle workers! When you arrive they give you a map and tell you about all the key parts of the city. Staying here truly felt like being home, and being a part of their beautiful family. The beds are comfy and there's AC in the rooms, there are free towels and toiletries and also complimentary tea, coffee and cookies. They even have a small kitchen that you can use to make a meal :) . Location is great, very close to the water and about a 10-15 minute walk from Onomichi station. Absolutely loved it here and will miss it!”
