"Very friendly check-in. Room situated on the fourth floor with a lovely view across the valley towards the mountains. Spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, plenty of electrical sockets and a bathroom with plenty of hot water even though the hotel was full with a coach party.
Despite the coach party we were served very efficiently in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast. The 'paella' was delicious, and the prices very reasonable.
If coming by car to visit Bolzano, I would recommend leaving the car in the hotel's car park and taking the frequent local bus service as car parking in Bolzano (and indeed driving into the centre) can be very difficult. There is a handy group of shops next to the hotel including a chemists, a grocer's shop and a café, also a letter box."
