"The service was fantastic, the desk staff greeted us by our given names each time we came through the lobby. Made us feel welcome and at home. Bed was very comfortable and the facility was very clean and tidy. We had forgotten our swim suits and a swimsuit cover hanging in the bathroom drying. We phoned when we got home and they tracked them down and mailed them to us. We have not seen this quality of service for a long time. This will definitely be the hotel of choice for us from now on."
