The room was good, but we could hear the noise of the next-door rooms. The bathrooms were quite small, especially the toilet, where I almost didn't fit. The carpet floor is comfortable, but it accumulates a lot of dust and doesn't guarantee immaculate cleaning from guest to guest.

I was allocated a family room so I had more space than I expected. The room was on the third floor and accessible by the lift. The bed was comfortable and the room was completely silent, there was no noise from either outside or in. The location was perfect as I was attending a performance at the Royal Opera House, five minutes walk away. I returned after ten o'clock but the gate was still open so I cant comment on after-hours access. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
