    I think the most important thing is the kindness of the staff. In this case, in addition to the kindness of the staff, the accommodation conditions are excellent: impeccable cleanliness, linen changed whenever necessary, friendly design. The heated outdoor pool is great after a day of skiing but not only.

    My experience was lovely at this hotel, I will definitely recommend this hotels to others. Everything was at high level. Breakfast and lunch was lovely, very delicious options. The room was stunning, modern furnishings throughout the hotel . Staff were very nice and friendly. Lots of facilities to experience- 2 pools, 2 saunas, a relax lounge, a salt room and much more. The view was spectacular and the entertainment provided was particularly enjoyable.

    close to slopes, rich interior design, excellent location - you can walk or have a nice transfer from hotel to reception which is great stuff in case you traveling with big family and don’t want to park your car each time and sure the best view from hotels restaurant overall I think Mountain Residence is better choice in Bukovel if compare to any else hotels
