Chateau de Monrecour is located in Périgord Noir region, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. It offers two heated swimming pools, a large south-facing terrace and a gourmet-style restaurant. The restaurant is expensive but well worth it. A gastronomic adventure. Breakfast was complete and in a wonderful setting in the chateau. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and with a nice big bathroom. Much better than the photos posted by the hotel. Two warm water outdoor swimming pools and large gardens. Efficient, friendly and helpful staff.

Le Château Olive et Raisin er gististaður í Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, 24 km frá Parc des Expositions Avignon og 33 km frá aðallestarstöðinni í Avignon. Þaðan er útsýni yfir borgina. Beautifully appointed modern apartment, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful views onto the river and terraces. Autonomous entry was east. Restaurant downstairs was high standard with charming staff, we ate there three nights. Highly recommended.

La Masia Del Taulat Chambres d'Hôtes er staðsett í Llo, 7,9 km frá safninu Museo Municipal de Llquí Llivia og 13 km frá Bolquère Pyrénées. The house is full of charm and has unbeatable views of the mountains Cadí and Carlit. The breakfast and dinner spread was some of the best I’ve had in a guesthouse and the hospitality incomparable. Toni and Miguel are amazing hosts who truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, comfortable and well-fed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Lovingly restored chateau with stunning views across the Valley, particularly from the terrace restaurant. Excellent food from lovely flaky croissants at breakfast to superb evening meals. Welcoming, friendly and very helpful owners, who do everything themselves. The extraordinary sights/walks of the Valle de Gave de l’Aspe are a short drive down the hill.

Château Laffitte Carcasset í Saint-Estèphe býður upp á garðútsýni, gistirými, útisundlaug, ókeypis reiðhjól, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. Gististaðurinn er með lyftu og sólarverönd. Absolutely everything. The château went through a renovation process and now looks bran new, but keeping the history and all heritage. Just loved it.

We absolutely LOVED staying at Chteau Fleur D'Aya! We were immediately made to fee super welcome and in fact on our first night we chose to sit and eat our dinner (bought from a local supermarket) with Henri and loved listening to his stories about the amazing restoration he implemented at the Chateaux. The Chateaux is a fabulous mix of historical beauty and modern interior design - it has been renovated in a stunningly sensitive and clever way and we loved staying somewhere so different! The beds were super comfortable and the shower and bath etc were wonderful. We actually did not find the time to get a swim in as we at two Rugby World Cup matches to attend but it looked wonderful and the hosts were super relaxed about us using it at any time. We are hoping to make a return sometime in the future when we have more time to enjoy the Chateau and Bordeaux and it's surroundings.

Le Château de Roquebère er gististaður í Condom, 40 km frá Agen-sýningarmiðstöðinni og 41 km frá Stade Armandie. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. Lovely peaceful location. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Château Bonalgue - Pomerol er gistiheimili sem er staðsett í sögulegri byggingu í Libourne, 32 km frá Chaban Delmas-brúnni og státar af garði og garðútsýni. An ideal location and the breakfast was always delicious!
