Well-finished Masseria with attention to every detail. Room was very nice, air-conditioned and clean. Breakfast was rich with natural and homemade food: tasting cakes, fresh bread, focaccia and jam. Dinner was delicious, a relaxing atmosphere with typical Apulian dishes. The swimming pool area was so dreaming, a natural heaven surrounded by greenery. Staff is as special as the beauty of the Masseria. They were all caring, friendly and I think that this is the real value of Ayroldi. Hope to come back one day!

It’s a beautiful setting in the countryside of Ostuni, with well designed chalets set around the landscaped grounds, lovely outdoor areas to relax and a super clean pool with loungers and shade. The host and her family were very friendly and helpful with plenty of tips of where to go during the day and evenings. Last but no last the breakfast was plentiful and the freshly baked cakes were delicious.

The breakfast is freshly prepared each day, and one eats on one's patio, by the pool. The location is lovely and peaceful, and the staff were fantastic.

Very, very nice hotel! Excellent taste in the overall decoration, every little detail was well thought of. There are two restaurants, one for breakfast, with a nice predetermined menu with small changes every day, and also the a la carte option with additional cost. The dinner restaurant is in a beautifully decorated area and the food and the wines are excellent. Everything, even the wines, comes from the Masseria grounds. Service is exceptional, everywhere in the hotel. It seems like everyone at the hotel is prepared to make your stay into an unforgettable one! Even the two mean looking dogs are nice and ignore guests. The hotel offers some activities but you need to access the site to find out about them. Do it in advance and be prepared. On our last day we found out about the cooking class and, although it was a Sunday, Nicola was very nice to organize one for us. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. And after learning how to, that will be your dinner!

Literally everything. Friendly/professional staff members, beautiful architecture, clean room, perfect breakfast, the best swimming pool, large parking space, no bugs at all, and location.

Peaceful and surrounded by olive groves and farms. Quirky decor and spacious room. A plentiful breakfast with fresh produce. Complimentary drinks in fridge on arrival. Michele is adorable and by far the best host. He’s cheerful, chatty, helpful and very professional. 10-mins to local beaches and same distance to Ostuni.

very very Beautiful hotel in a charming and authentic location. the rooms are in trullis, which are very well equipped and decorated. perfect balance between rustic and chic. the common areas such as the pool, the breakfast areas are clean , aesthetically pleasing and comfortable with many places to sit and relax. the hotel is located 15 minutes drive from Ostuni and easy access to the main attractions and beaches. the breakfast is delicious with many options the owner is very kind, generous and will make sure that you have an amazing stay in puglia. he is knowledgeable of the areas , restaurants , places to visit etc ( some less touristic and more locals which is always fun). we had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel and would 100% recommend / revisit ! thank you again for having us and making us fall in love with Puglia.

Beautiful, we love it! It’s relaxing and the outdoor spaces are lovely. Ostuni is amazing and from the property its very quick to drive there, get parked, and into the heart of the city (like 10 minutes and you’re at the restaurant). The room is spotless, as are the facilities, even though there was rain and wind the pool and patio is pristine. Breakfast is wonderful and even on a rainy day, we enjoyed taking our time each morning to enjoy the big selection of sweet and savoury foods. You won’t regret booking a vacation at this property. It’s easy to drive to almost anywhere in Puglia from here. Also, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower was by far the best we’ve had during the past 3 weeks in Italy.
