The carpet had not been vacuumed, there was chocolate in the carpet, bathroom had not been cleaned shower walls had mold and slimy to touch, shower head had green mold on it, there was a used wash cloth wrapped around the shower curtain rod and it was very nasty. Spider webs under the sink. The chair was broken near the AC unit and if you pull down the sheet covers on room 131 the mattress is absolutely filthy. We took pictures of it.
