The room had no phone and we could not get in contact with the front desk at all number two. The breakfast was terrible all package food not real eggs not real bacon all packaged no made to order food. Even the pancakes came from a package. Nothing like Kalahari.

The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. Beds are very comfortable too! It is also great that it so close to Legoland and free parking. Great value overall. Would stay there again if we go back to Legoland.

Breakfast options were lacking. One person running the whole place, so she told us to be a while for anything that she had to make. Jacuzzi was broken. My son got a rash because we didn’t find out until an hour after he went in.

Overall we had a wonderful time. Very nice room the place was clean and well kept. Room was perfect with enough space and the staff were really nice and approachable.

The biggest perk of this hotel was its location. Within a 5-minute radius is access to almost any store you can think of including restaurants. Not only the room but the hotel in its entirety was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our price and that is very helpful when traveling with children. The coffee in the morning was delicious, although you make it yourself and I don't know what brand coffee they brew, it was really good. The pool was centrally located in the hotel and wasn't too cold, and the hot tub was hot and relaxing. Ice machines are conveniently located on the first and third floor, one on either end of the hotel.
