Great down just wish we had not stayed at that hotel. Did not feel very safe. It was not clean, hallways smelled like weed, alcohol bottles every mwhwre in lobby and breakfast area next morning and my husband almost got his ass kicked by a guest that got upset about breakfast…

Easy to locate right on the highway, KI's restaurant is just waking distance but expensive, you have a Dunkin Donuts a little further, nothing around to see, you need to take a cab to reach Walmart or Wendy's

I've stayed at this Ramada several times. It's very conveniently located: close to the interstate, far enough away from downtown where I can still move around (and pop in Target or Walmart) while still having free parking and free breakfast. There is some of the typical Chicago traffic during rush hour, but the traffic is also lower than right by the airport hotels. It's a great value, and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to be within walking distance of the tourist locations downtown.
The breakfast is always excellent. They had run out of the large paper plates so couldn't get the pancakes that I love as they wouldn't fit on the available plates but still one of he best breakfasts places I have ever ate at in area hotels which is why I always make this the hotel I stay in when I come to the area.
The room was clean and spacious.
The towels were good.
Mattress was wonderful.
The temperature in the room was perfect, not like other hotels with a cold room in the middle of Chicago winter!
The warm buffet breakfast was delicious.
The hotel was close to a major expressway it was easy to commute to and from different locations... There was several food places within a 5 min drive from the hotel and a variety of choices. And the hotel was very clean
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TRAVEL LIFE. I LEFT THE HOTEL AFTER SPENDING ONLY AN HOUR IN TWO DIFFERENT ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE ROOMS AND I WOULD REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK! CAN BOOKING.COM HELP ME WITH THIS?
It was a generally nice hotel experience. I needed a room close to the Western suburbs while visiting family and it met the need. Had a nice quiet night's sleep. The hot breakfast buffet was a nice touch.
