The room was lovely and quiet even though it faces the highway and it was New Year’s Eve. The beds and bedding were great. The bathroom and bathtub were fantastic. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was extensive and tasty.

This was an old style hotel, very clean with a lovely atmosphere in a very pretty location. We didn’t use the restaurant but sat outside and ordered bar snacks which were very tasty.
The rooms are old but quaint, so don’t expect modern conveniences (except the coffee machine).
This elegant hotel is situated in the tranquil woodland setting of the Crown Estates Nature Reserve only 15 minutes’ drive from Apeldoorn. Hotel Oranjeoord features accommodation with free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful city with the palace "het Loo", and lively center with many places to go to and divergent shopping facilities and many different restaurants and good food. I ate at a great Indian restaurant. The prices for food and drinks and even in the shops are lower than in the West of the Netherlands. Nice people and city, easy to go around and safe.

A lovely town with excellent shopping facilities and lots of cafes and restaurants. And just an hour's train journey to Amsterdam - sadly, we didn't have time to make that trip on this occasion

The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting family who had moved to the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
However the breakfast were too expensive for what was on offer, and we were charged everyday when we only had 2 days. When we querried it they refunded us, but only for 1 of us, so I need to chase them up on this at home.
We were charged for the small plastic bottles of water in our room everyday which we thought were complimentary (no signage to say otherwise). No kettle, tea bags or milk in our room.
Staff were extremely slow to bring us a kettle and extra pillows to our room, we asked 3 times over 36 hours!!! Eventually my husband refused to leave Reception until he had them in hand.

The room was smaller but quite comfortable and warm!
The room was smaller but quite comfortable and warm! On the snowy night we arrive it was very welcoming! It was a last minute decision to come and we were so glad that they even had a room for us! Thank you!
Breakfast was off the charts good and the selection were all delicious!
Zenzez is a charming boutique hotel situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the central square. Our stop in Apeldoorn was primarily to see the Paleis Het Loo and we originally intended to stay for just one night. We were so charmed by the warm atmosphere and Petra's kindness that we extended our stay another night. The palace was a quick 10 minute drive from Zenzez, and worthy of a full day's visit. Breakfasts were delicious, and the breakfast room a serene start to our day.
Lovely quiet location in a tree lined road, beautifully kept garden and well positioned for Apenheul and Palace Het Loo which are both within walking distance. If arriving by public transport from Apeldoorn station by bus , bus stop is a short walk to the property. Double room came with own sitting room complete with tea/coffee maker and well appointed en suite shower room. The hosts were extremely amenable and went out of their way to help when a problem (unrelated to property) arose.
Beautiful home, very clean and cozy with a lovely terrace, kitchen and living-room.The hostess is very nice and helpful and we felt right at home. The breakfast was delicious, totally recommend.Amongst the touristic attractions is the Apenheul and the Palace Het Loo with its rooftop view over the beautiful gardens. Aand the location is close to the city center and all the fun restaurants with good food :-) We'll definitely be back.Thank you for the beautiful memories :-) Diana
The kindest hotel crew I have encountered in my life. So much attention for detail. I was traveling with five children. They can be an embarrassment at times. The team made everything fast and convenient, e.g. the meal service for the children to get them to bed early. The swimming pool and sauna with fresh towels are just a delight. Breakfast is superb and so are the vegetarian meals at dinner time. One can tell the cook is making an effort for vegetarians too.
- Historical Hotel with a lot of old stories and memories
- Close to the Centrum, 20min to walk by passing beautiful Durch houses.
- Large indoor pool (floor level 4) with a great view
- Het Loo Palace is just arround the courner
- Outstanding room service and a warm welcome by the reception team
- Easy to go there, because it‘s on the suburban area of Apeldorn
- Large parking space
Very authentic hotel, the staff dresses according to the time the hotel was built (1896), service was accordingly. Same with breakfast where staff served us in a 19 th century style. All was elegant and helpful. Owner was very accommodating and communicative. Could not ask for better. Location is superb close to the palace and the Parks.
The hotel location was wonderful. It was close enough to the highway, but far enough away that you couldn't hear any traffic noise. The spa facilities were immaculate and well equipped. The breakfast had a lot of options and was well worth the extra charge. The shower was very spacious and everything in the room was clean.
Wonderful suite, outfitted with everything you could need for a great stay, including Nespresso, a small cooking area, large bathroom, dining area, and comfy chairs. Separate from the main house, on the second floor above a shared garage-type space. Walkable from Apeldoorn Centraal station.
Solid design and luxuriously appointed room. The gourmet dinner at their restaurant was excellent - staff very amenable to our child's request for a shorter-coursed meal with mixing of the menu items. Lovely walk right opposite the hotel just before our long car journey home.
A small but so perfekt little hotel with the highest standard. Beautifully decorated and service with a kind heart.
Breakfast served according to wishes. you ordered your personal breakfast the day before and also set the time on when to serve it.
I stayed at this place on multiple occasions in all sorts of different rooms. All of them met my expectations. It is the most decent hotel in the whole city of Apeldoorn. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who happen to visit this city.
Very quiet attractive street, easy distance from the restaurants in Apeldoorn. Good location for exploring the area, Palais Het Loo, Kroller Muller museum etc. Excellent B&B, very comfortable, friendly and helpful owners
I didn't expect much, but was very positively surprised how nice the hotel and the room were. The room was freshly renovated, very modern and clean. I can only recommend staying there.
People were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing. We said to each other; We want this bathroom in our home! Overall the hotel had a lovely decoration.
It was a great place to stay as I bike toured through town. The hotel was right on my route out of town. It was a quiet hotel with a great restaurant at the same location
