There are so many good things about this place. Place is clean. Rooms are well arranged and spacious. The staff is amazing, especially the catering staff. We used breakfast and dinner buffet while staying there. Nobert was very helpful and accommodating. He connected with my toddler and made sure that he was comfortable throughout dinning. Shanmu (chef) took special care of us. He was very attentive and made sure that our needs were met. The hotel is located in the middle of a tea estate. We walked through the tea estate and visited the tea factory. Staff there gave us a tour about tea processing. I highly recommend this place to visit for the vacation with your family.

Lovely location with a well mainted garden. The hotel had a lovely view for morning walks. The staff were veryyy friendly both the reception officers as well as resturant staff. Even the manager was very kind and looked after us very lovingly. We just soent one night but wish we could have stayed for longer but due to lack of time failed to do so. Would recommend ordering for a la carte menu rather than having buffet for dinner.
