The staff were very friendly, it was kept beautifully clean including the swimming pool area where there was a lifeguard on duty all day. We had a full sea view room with balcony which we loved. As others have stated the amount offered for breakfast was mind boggling, so
much to choose from, it was like brunch and we couldn’t believe the price of the room with all that was on offer. The beach was just in front of the hotel, you did have to pay to use it although you could of course walk along the beach and swim.
We were concerned initially about its location to the central train station but decided we’d get a taxi to it which cost us 25euros. However, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk from hotel so we caught the no.4 bus back to the train station which took 25 minutes at a fraction of the cost.

A longtime favourite holiday destination of Italians, Rimini is all about the beach. And with almost 10 miles of sand, it’s easy to see why. It is said that there are 1000 Rimini hotels, and while that might be a slight exaggeration, this Adriatic playground does have more than just sun, sand and glorious sea.
The food is fantastic. Well, this is Italy after all. With some of the best nightlife in Italy, Rimini has a wealth of bars with dance floors, many by the beach, and the next door town of Riccione is a clubbing mecca.
Family-orientated Rimini attractions include the dolphinarium and the Italy in Miniature and Fiabilandia theme parks. A few miles south of Rimini Miramare Airport is Oltremare, a zoo-turned-amusement park located next to Aquafan, a huge water park that becomes a nightclub with foam parties.
For silence and shade, head to Borgo San Giuliano, an area of the town with pastel-painted houses and pedestrian streets. There are also remnants of the town’s Roman past to explore: Tiberius bridge, the Roman arch and the 3rd-century Surgeon’s House.
The colonnades of the Old Fish Market make a pleasant spot for a drink before heading back to your Rimini apartment, hotel or B&B. See Booking.com for the best offers.

Lovely town with 2 different parts of the town, the coast side of the railway line and the town side, both different but good. Characterful buildings, great restaurants & cafes & great beaches. Really handy to San Marino for a great day trip, take your hiking boots & walking legs, the streets can be steep. Glad we decided to go there & would recommend to anyone.

Interesting Roman remains (which I wasn’t expecting).
Interesting Roman remains (which I wasn’t expecting). Piazza Cavour and adjoining areas outstanding architecture. Bicycles and people walking dogs everywhere, but no collisions. City centre a great place for walking with no cars and no traffic lights in old town but heavy traffic elsewhere. A good place to see happy families and with an abundance of cafés and restaurants.

Rimini is a beach resort town.
Rimini is a beach resort town. We visited it in December so we didn't have high expectations. Boy, were we wrong!
The beach area and promenade were full of walkers and cyclists. Traffic wasn't terrible at all. I liked the fact that you could walk along the beach area with having to deal with cars, motorcycles, or Vespas.
The core downtown area is a bit small but not lacking. There were a number of shops and restaurants at our disposal. We enjoyed looking at the various architectures in the area, including the old gate.
One thing we really enjoyed was the pedestrian/bike path that runs from just south of downtown, eastward to the beach area. It was very quiet and relaxing. We never felt ill at ease.
Our original intent was to use Rimini as a gateway to San Marino. However, I think we enjoyed the city more than visiting a new country.

Not a tourist town like other places we have visited. No others speaking English when walking around etc. heard it is very busy in the summer. Took a day trip to San Marino which was so close and worth doing. Food was great and the people were helpful and very nice. Very laid back vibe. You

We had a tour guide to take us around the city and its landmarks, much more interesting city than I thought previously, our guide, Nadia, was extremely knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. There are some great restaurants and bars in the main town, so much more than the beach to Rimini!

Great resort place with countless beaches, restaurants, and shops. Perfect location. The sea, airport in the town, and railway station make it easy and quick to get there and to get to other Italian cities and various places. Beautiful old town. Ravenna, San Marino, and Bologna are very close.
Great hotel, very clean, quality furnishings.
Although room is basic, it is very well organized and all is good quality. Wifi very good
Breakfast is fabulos - especially for Italy. Home made sweets, icecream, fresh juice, but also savory products.
Hosts were really welcoming and very attentive. We had a flight change and they accepted to change our stay without any cost. Really nice of them.
Location is very good at 100m from the beach with restauranrs and shops near by.
On top of this the value for money is excelent.
The hotel looks really nice, it is very close to the beach.
Google street view photos are not accurate - hotel is in front of a nice pedestrian zone with bike lanes - there is no street with the cars. It was a pleasure to walk in the evenings.
Hint: we were worried about getting the sunbed (August in Italy is always busy) so we reserved the hotel beach in advance. It was OK, but there are more nice beaches around, some with beach bar and restaurant, so it is worth exploring.
An excellent hotel virtually right on the beach. Lovely balcony view over the beach. Quiet rooms which were very clean. An excellent breakfast and reception staff were very helpful,English speaking too. If lucky there is on road parking outside,if not a car park 400m away. It’s in the busy tourist part of Rimini with bars, restaurants, shops close by but the hotel itself and rooms are peaceful. It has a small pool at the front which is very nice.
I travelled a lot all over the world, but Marko's hospitality and genuine care for guest is something special.
There is so warm connection that is established immediately with Marko and you feel welcome and supported.
Hotel is at nice location, less then 100m to the beach and less then 100m to the metro.
Visiting Rimini historic center during night is highly recommended.
Value for the money is unbeatable.
Hotel is nice, the staff was very polite and helpful. Location is great, near the beach and easy to reach the old city of Rimini by bus or even a good walking. The room was clean with all the necessities, a big balcony.
Breakfast was good, tasty and variable, but it was the same menu during the all stay.
Hotel provides vouchers with discount for affiliated beach restaurants, that is a plus.
The Hotel is only 7 minutes of walking from Kennedy MetroMare Stations, which you can use to reach near Rimini Airport
Warm enough in the room, great pressure of the water in the shower, there is a fridge in the room.
For the breakfast, they provide safe gluten free options.
Excellent staff, with great attitude, helpfully.
Only 2 minutes of walking and you are on the beach.
The location is excellent - near the beach (I had a sea side view), about 2km away from the center of Rimini. The hotel is very clean, with extremely nice staff that go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The room was cleaned daily, with new towels and amenities. I recommend the spa (Roberta gives a great, relaxing massage). It really is a great place to stay in Rimini!
Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Room Was beautiful and super clean! We were upgraded once we got there. The location is excellent! Easy 15 minute walk from Rimini train station. Close to shops and restaurants. Great selection for breakfast and very reasonably priced. We also had an Oceanview. absolutely nothing negative to say and again would recommend to anyone!
• Amazing breakfast option. Lot of variety and options to eat. Right from cake, fresh pancakes, crepes etc etc.
• The location is very good. Right on the Rimini Beach.
• Parking is also good. They have a very safe underground parking.
• Lots of restaurants outside and near to the hotel.
• We also used public transport which is just opposite to the hotel.
We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Aria. It was our first time in Rimini and this was such a great first impression for us. We especially loved the breakfast! A big thanks also to the cleaning staff who made our stay even more comfortable with keeping our room very clean every day. Thank you!!!
Loved the location. Not very far away from Rimini centre. And the hotel straight away on the beach. Breakfast choices were always amazing. Even some vegan choices there. Very helpful staff. The room was always cleaned. Thank you very much - we enjoyed Rimini and cheerful Italians everywhere 🙌❤️
Hotel is beautiful, great location, right on the beach, parking on site. Room was large, clean, ac, balcony. We had a nice view. Nice bathroom with a big walk in shower. Breakfast selection was amazing, salad bar, fruit bar...biggest sweet selection, some vegan and gluten free choices too.
Very nice hotel on the beach, easy access to Rimini city eg by free bikes. Spotless clean, spacious room with balcony. Easy to reach by car, free parking, at least outside the high season very quiet, good beds. Big bathroom and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended!!
Excellent location near the beach, super friendly and nice staff. Lorenzo and all the team helped us out with all our requests. They have this savoir faire which makes you feel at home. A simple and friendly hotel in the heart of Rimini. I recommand it.
The room was quite ok, comfortable bed, very nice terrace with sea view.
The breakfast was very good with a selection of meats, cheese, cereals, eggs and drinks. Unusual for Italian colazione 😅
The hotel is locate right across a road near the beach.
Reception staff are very helpful and they speak English. The hotel has a very good location and is right on the beach. They clean the rooms on daily bases. The double room is small around 14 sqm. The inside of the hotel looks new and is clean.
Everything was great. Location of the hotel is right on the beach, breakfast was tasty and you had plenty of food choice. Rooms were comfortable and clean, fresh towels every day
Cozy, clean and great hotel located on the beach and with very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and I also recommend to try dinner with traditional Italian menu.
