We booked this hotel last minute and the reviews are awful but we couldn't find anywhere else.
We had a large room at the front of the hotel overlooking a pizza restaurant. It was dated but I liked that. The bathroom was large and very clean.
There was some noise from the pizza restaurant at night but it didnt bother my sleep.
The staff were really friendly. Breakfast buffet is also included and it was nice, with a little outdoor patio to eat at, or a table in your room if you prefer. I would stay here again

Hotel Aurora is a little paradise, located in the quiet corner of Amalfi, yet just a short walk to the bustling center of the city. Breakfast is served in a romantic terrace with flowers, lemon and orange plants and gorgeous sea views. The comfort and cleanliness are above and beyond! Amalfi City provides superb access to the entire Amalfi...
Amalfi City provides superb access to the entire Amalfi Coast and boasts a variety of attractions within the city itself. During our visit, we explored the famous Paper Museum and its surrounding shops, and hiked up to the ancient Belvedere Monumental Cemetery. Our adventure extended past the cemetery to the neighboring town of Atrani, which is smaller and offers a more authentic, less tourist-centric experience. The extensive port area in Amalfi also offers numerous opportunities to embark on a boat and cruise along the Amalfi Coast to Positano or the island of Capri. Not to be missed is the grand Amalfi Church at the main square, Duomo di Amalfi, with its unique and stunning exterior, while the Church Museum grants access to important cultural and religious artifacts from the region.
Lining the shore, a host of charming restaurants provide opportunities to enjoy a limoncello or spritzer and bruschetta with views of the water. Among our favorites are the Terminal Restaurant, offering reasonable prices for wine and food adjacent to the bus stop, and Carlo Fiamma, which serves excellent pizza away from the usual tourist paths.

Great place to take a boat into Positano.
Great place to take a boat into Positano. Just be sure that Amalfi parking lots will be available when you pull into town with a car, sometimes the town of Amalfi does not let you pull into town and park unless you have a booking or the right license plate.

we stayed at this hotel suites for 3 night ,the rooms was very clean and tidy , we stayed on a city room which was up some 3 flights of steps to get to from the front door to the building and one flight of steps from the pavement below , no good for anyone who has a walking disability, we was given the wrong key so when returned from dinner could not get in to the room also , after ring reception as no one was on site , they let us in the room remoatly , [1st night ] then we got moved to room 1 of the other part of the hotel looking over the sea this room was on the side of the hotel and there was a bar underneath the hotel but on the other side of the road , and was open to 2am plus in the morning very noisy could not sleep and then the dustmen empty the bins around 4-30am more noise, the main door into the hotel is on a main road and you take your life in your hands, as there is no pavement but all in all ok ,and great located the rooms was big and shower very nice and big, our host was also very helpful

Amalfi was beautiful but transfer system was awful and disappointing. I really recommend to go there by ferry, because the bus transfer is crazy and with long delay. The app for purchase of bus ticket was not working well and was ambiguous. Specially during the night, nobody was there for helping.
Location was fantastic - Paola was a great host and offered lots of useful info about how to travel around the Amalfi coast, as well as good places to visit and eat (including in Amalfi itself). Our ferry was really late coming into Amalfi port (watch out if booking the ferry from Naples to Amalfi, ticket said 1hr 45 on the NLG Jet however it docked at Capri for a switchover and then also docked at Positano, resulting in a 3hr 10 journey!) but Paola stuck around no issues so she could meet us and walk us to the apartment from the port!
Location views were wonderful, comfort of home including amenities and cleanliness. Wifi was super fast!!! The host Vincenzo was exceptional; he was very accommodating-->provided great recommendations to restaurants and activities as well as options for private activities. Vincenzo also arranged transportation at a great value. Host is very attentive to guests and stays in touch daily. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy The Amalfi coast. Thank you for everything Vincenzo, you Rock!! Keep up the amazing work :)
The Borgo Santandrea is the best hotel that me and my wife ever stayed. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel on the Amalfi Coast. The facilities, architecture and rooms are really beautiful. The breakfast and restaurant exquisite.
The warmth and the attention to details of the people who are part of the hotel team, are really exceptional. Concern for guests is always the priority.
Finally, the beach club and complementary shuttle services from the hotel to Amalfi are really a plus.
We would return without hesitation.
Great small but comfy bed and breakfast with 5-star service. They cleaned the room every day and they had best breakfast in Italy, freshly prepared for you by the host every morning. They even served fresh orange juice, something you usually don't get even in hotels. Location is the best just 7mins to Port and main area but at the same time in quiet location, away from the noise, you sleep like a baby. Overall best bed and breakfast and certainly best choice in Amalfi and the area.
The hosts, location, the size of the room and its amenities, view from the balcony, breakfast - in one word it was a fantastic stay. All the hosts were very kind, hospitable. I want to thank to Rafael for his best spot recommendations in Amalfi coast. The location is great, it is not in city center but easily accessible by buses and bus stop is just 3-4 mins walking distance from the place. There are restaurants nearby hotel as well. Breakfast was simple but very yummy.
great location, quiet and clean, only three minutes walk to the town center.
The hostess was warm and responsible ,she helped us immediately with any problems we had, The limoncello & lemon candies given to guests were very lovely, thank you dear host for all your help!
BONUS: The host family's restaurant, the best we've ever had on the Amalfi Coast, very delicious,I’m sure you’ll never regret to taste.
Hope to visit you again with my husband next time!
the location and and the view both from my window and the terrace was beautiful it’s also very central, the bus station is literally outside the door of the hotel that can take you anywhere alongside of the Amalfi coast. The staff was incredibly helpful as I couldn’t find the location of the hotel at first 🤦♀️ the bed was a bit uncomfortable but only a little, the room was small, but as I’m travelling alone I didn’t find it to be an issue.
Absolutely everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff are exceptional and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and keep you happy. Our room had the most beautiful view over Amalfi and the hotel is so accessible for everything. The ferry terminal is 5 mins away and all the restaurants are within a very easy walk. We stayed for 6 nights and that was perfect as our base for exploring the Amalfi Coast.
The hotel has a super location. Close enough to the action in Amalfi central but just far enough away so you're not in the heart with all the noise and tourist. The property is rich in history as a monastery and very well appointed. Love the boutique feel. We drove to Amalfi to enjoy the drive so it was a relief that the hotel offered parking (which is very difficult in that area).
Room 11 had a great view to the harbor and coast to the east side of Amalfi. The terrazza was nice for breakfast and an evening aperitif. The room was comfortable and had an old world charm. I loved the tiles in the bathroom. It was quiet except just before breakfast at 8:00. The 77 steps up to the hotel were not bad. The directions to get to the hotel were perfect.
Oliver and Lella offer kindness, hospitality and 5 star quality. book the taxi driver via Oliver and he takes care of everything. from being Captain of the ship around Amalfi to book your restaurant. had a great time. even got ansjovis made by the hosts. if you want a perfect time at the almalfi coast: go there.
The location is very nice - close to Amalfi with private parking, which is hard to find at the Amalfi coast. Once parked, there is no need to use the car, since everything can be reached by foot, bus, or boat. The staff was amazing. We would definetly choose the hotel again
The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing! Captured both sea views and the duomo. Great location- close to the ferry port and bus stop. Beds were comfortable. A/C and washing machine were a bonus. Best place to stay on the Amalfi coast!
Super clean and airy apartment in the heart of Amalfi. Perfect location for exploring the coastal sites or going up to Ravello. This Italian getaway is private and has everything you need to relax or prepare your own meals.
The manager Christiana was exceptional. Very guest focused. She always strived to make our experience staying there pleasurable. Good breakfast. Exceptionally beautiful view of the Amalfi coast from the patio.
very central location which was perfect. staff did a great job. the price was totally worth it. it’s not a luxury 5 star hotel. Its a modest hotel but totally worth staying, especially with a view
Not too many stairs to get to the accommodation which was a plus for amalfi coast. Easy to access the main street. Very nice window features inside the Orione
