The location is beautiful, and the house has everything you need, cozy, but spacious. The kitchen has everything you need, even extra oil, spices, pasta, coffee, in case you miss something. The hotel is much more interesting on the inside than it looks from outside! We loved the quirky, original styling. Everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and the bed linens and towels were of a high standard. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was very nice. There is free parking very close by.

Really lovely hotel. The owner was super nice and served us food even though the kitchen had just closed for the evening. The views from the back "garden" are amazing, and the hot tub and sauna available are perfect to relax in after a long day of travelling. The room itself had everything we needed. The room was very comfortable,the breakfast was great and set us up for the day! The location was also excellent, very central and easily walkable to all the main sights of Reykjavik. The staff were very pleasant to deal with, right from our arrival at 2 in the morning off a flight!
