Nothing. The staff are totally un helpfull and apparently according to them when you ask to speak to a supervisor / managerthere isn't one. I also ended up with a parking fine that the hotel said that I never entered my registration and when I said I did I was asked I I took a photo of myself doing it and because I didn't they said I never entered my details. Also the hotel is now geared up to accommodate refuges / council tenants as they are guaranteed to get the constant revenue coming in. I would suggest that Booking.com remove them from the site as they are not interested in normal business people. This hotel is owned by a chain that has other hotels in tje area and all of them are taking in more council bookings so the hotels are full all of the time so there is no availability on tje Booking.com site in the area.

If the heating hadn't been faulty and the shower was clean it would be OK as a room for a night given the prices in London, if you know what to expect as in it is a room in a privately owned multiple occupancy house. House was quiet.
Area felt safe to park car and walk to accommodation. Felt safe in the accommodation.
Clear directions were given with photos for guidance.
The property management out of hours team responded to our WhatsApp message about the heating being stuck in full blast. The lady who came out with her family to sort the heating was nice and sorted the faulty heating, gave us a new fan and was genuinely apologetic.

More Than Just a London Suburb
Ilford benefits from a train station on the fast line between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. Since Stratford, site of the Olympic Park, is only a few stations away, Ilford rose in international popularity during the build-up to the 2012 Games. However, location isn't all it has going for it.
The Borough of Redbridge is run from its Grade II-listed Victorian town hall, on a pedestrian precinct which includes the Ilford Exchange shopping centre. To the west is another Grade II-listed building: the 12th-century Hospital Chapel of St Mary and St Thomas of Canterbury.
The UK’s only complete mammoth skull was found underneath the high street and is now displayed in London’s Natural History Museum. Redbridge Museum houses more archaeological finds, and the 17th-century Valentines Mansion features a Victorian kitchen and beautiful gardens.
Actually outside of the capital when built, the mansion is now firmly within Greater London and is surrounded by Valentines Park with its boating lake and cricket pitch where Essex County once played.
The diverse cuisine of Ilford’s restaurants reflects its multicultural population, and there are also several good bars and a club near Gants Hill Tube station that is popular with reality TV stars. Nearby Ilford accommodation on Booking.com includes hotels with parking and cheap guest houses.

As a black person I felt comfortable among the Asian population and I saw other persons of color as well. The town is lively and friendly. The Turkish food was a blast. The shopping center has almost everything. For black women, there's a hair shop in the main shopping area. The prices are reasonable for London

My son and I went for a visit "back home" I'm a Londoner living in Yorkshire, the hotel was clean n the beds comfortable, although the room was extremely small, I ended up walking out of the bathroom and hitting my foot on the bed as it was so close, we did not use the wardrobe as there were hinges missing and the door came off when it was open, there was an awful smell when running the water in the sink, but as I say the rooms were spotless. In a good place for the Elizabeth line train into London.
The place is 7/10 minutes walk from Ilford Station Elisabeth. The Staff is nice but we had to change our rooms 3 times in 3 days due to some problems at the beginning and other reasons...it was not very comfortable for this reason. The carpet would need a deep clean (if I can suggest) but the rest is ok for a short stay in London as the price is very competitive taking into consideration that in a short time you can be in central London. 👍
Was very impressed with the standard of this hotel. Everything was so clean and elegant. The hotel has a contemporary feeling and the staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus too. Also it was a 3 minute walk to the new Elizabeth line at Ilford station made it easy to get into London in 20 minutes. I will definitely choose to stay here again!!
I was dubious about this booking as I did not know the area. In fact the location was perfect for the train station. Only 7 mins walk. Also very near bus stops. We were made very welcome at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the fridge in the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.
Breakfast - Was good for the price paid
Room are of goodsize
Cleanliness can be improved. Fresh Carpets will change complete look of the hotel.
Though there are no smoking boards in parking area, some intruders are smoking
In the Recpetion, Mr. Raja helped us lot, really appreciate his service. Please keep it up.
We booked a triple room and a single room for 1 night, both rooms had everything needed for our stay. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were a little tired but clean. Ilford station is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Amazing place to stay very spacious perfect location cheaper then a hotel for 5 people have a little issue with the shower came out straight away and fixed it would definitely be staying again now we found our place to stay for our London trip 10/10
Location & Well structured studio for a small family. Walkable distance to Ilford station and good bus transportation to all major locations . local shops are nearby. For south indian food lovers the famous Saravana Bhavan is in walkable distance.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if your after a cheeky night away to London.
Beds really comfy, facilties in the room OK, food just across the road if you needed a snack, tube station literally on your doorstep and tbe staff were lovely
Very clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to follow. This apartment has everything you need to have a pleasant stay in London. Conveniently located close to Ilford station.
The lady that runs this place can't do enough to help you, the rooms are tidy and she is very friendly, the best hotel in London for the cleanliness and friendliness, the rooms are cleaned daily and the beds are comfy
The location was in a great community, everything was perfectly easy to navigate such as check in. also very close to the Elizabeth line, which made travel into Central London easy. excellent experience overall!
For a budget hotel in London, this is still a very well presented, clean, modern hotel. It is fairly "no frills" but at the excellent price, that is to be expected.
There wasn't much to like sadly. parking was convenient being in a bay just outside hotel and free of charge. However In there wasn't much else to comment on.
