Everythink:), good loction but, better to drive down , and strart from botom:) or just follow the time and ski till home:) and we forgot shoes so cleaner chat to us and we got it:) nice that have a kitchen because I was not happy with food in 3 places:/ 75 eur 3 course and soso:/ so 1 time i make myself shop is close9

The apartment we had was perfect for 2 people. We spent one night but would have been perfect for a longer vacation. The resort is very easy to find and just 15 minutes drive from Saariselka. The sauna in the bathroom is functioning well, it also had a timer so we had it on when we came back from Aurora hunting and we could warm up before bed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and my room was a charming little cabin with a picturesque view. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary sauna, and my room had all the amenities I needed. The staff were exceptionally sweet, nice, and friendly, providing all the information we required. The check-in desk, located in a charming bar that even offers karaoke options, providing a fun tone right from the start.Plus, the proximity of restaurants to the cabin made dining out incredibly convenient. I highly recommend staying here for the great atmosphere, convenient location, and excellent service!

If you're going skiing, Saariselkä is a good option and you can stay there for a week, for example. If you are looking for the Northern Lights, maybe 3 nights would be ok, but you you should pray for good weather, with clear skies, and , of course, for the aurora to appear.

Saariselka has everything you need for a winter lapland trip...
Saariselka has everything you need for a winter lapland trip! The ski resort is at walking distance, there are more than three DMC's to chose from when booking trips, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs. THe supermarket is big for a small town and offers all you need. Note that you can't buy wine in the supermarket but there's a small store next to it called Alko where you can pick up a bottle of wine.BracherBelgium - 10Scored 10

If you stay several days and the weather is good, you may have opportunity to see Aurora. Bus is very convenient. You can go from Rovaniemi. You can also take bus to Ivalo and Ivalo airport. You can do many activities - skiing, biking, hiking, relaxing, observing, and enjoying Lapland nature. You have a big chance to see the Aurora Borealis. There is a very comfortable and understandable system of day huts and wilderness huts with essential equipment in and out of the national park — an excellent place for people who love nature.AliceCzech Republic

The apartment is very comfortable with lots of services: kitchen (with lots of tools to cook), bathroom (large and clean), private sauna (perfect after a whole day in the snow). The apartment position is perfect because it is only 10 minutes from Saariselkä (where there are supermarkets, coffee, resturants and shops) and it is also isolated from any light pollution: we were lucky to see the Northen Lights just outside the apartment!regolojacItaly

Yes, this is one of the places where you can actually see the northern lights from your front door.
