The room was basic, yet very comfortable,

We stayed at the hotel for the Rock for people festival.
We appreciated very much that the receptionists helped us every time with ordering a taxi when we went to the festival, but also for booking a taxi at an early hour, on the day we had to leave for the Pardubice train station.
We really like the breakfast. We appreciated that they put some breakfast to take away, when we had to leave at early hour, that was really nice and unexpected. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful especially with my early departure. I was unable to eat breakfast before I left because of the hour and they booked a taxi for me and packed a breakfast. The hotel is also very conscious of environmental impact and does not use single use toiletries in the room and provides water in glass bottles. The room was very large and although it faced the street was fairly quiet after 10. The only issue is described below regards accessibility
