The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a rich breakfast with lots of options, also for lunch they offer a daily menu until 3 PM. Both of them were very tasty. The SPA also has lots of options and is suitable for leisure. Overall, we liked it a lot and would definitely visit again.

This apartment was great! The AC was not working, but opening the windows gave us great cool, fesh air. This was the beginning of the season, so the staff was not well trained. The bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable! And this is important to me. The living room and balcony were also very comfortable, in a wonderful outdoor alpine-feeling environment. And conveniently located for the Rila Seven Lakes! We will return!
