My family and I felt as were at home. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and particularly magical with all the details related to Harry Potter. The communication with Brenda was friendly and helpful with all directions via what's-up as our flight was delayed. There is everything you need in the apartment from all the utensils in the kitchen, the blankets, the clean and splendid towels. The apartment is located in a very nice and quite area, close to Dolby Theater and public transport.
