Everything about this accommodation is just perfect! The owners are very nice, they explained everything about the room and made us feel very welcome. Room is absolutely amazing filled with all kinds of collectibles. There was a milk in the fridge so we could make our very own milkshake! Yum! Room and bathroom was very clean and neat. We would love to came back. I’m recommending this accommodation to everyone who will be in Bakersfield.

New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage is located in Chico and offers free bikes. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.
