The apartment was very nice. My family and I felt as were at home. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and particularly magical with all the details related to Harry Potter. The communication with Brenda was friendly and helpful with all directions via what's-up as our flight was delayed. There is everything you need in the apartment from all the utensils in the kitchen, the blankets, the clean and splendid towels. The apartment is located in a very nice and quite area, close to Dolby Theater and public transport.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment! Located near markets and the beach. Cleanliness and tidiness of the place were exceptional. The proximity to local markets made it easy to stock up on groceries, and the short distance to the beach allowed for relaxing walks. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

L'amabilitat de la Rhonda i en Michael és el que m'agradaria destacar primer, perquè costa trobar a gent tan amable i generosa. Ens van fer sentir com a casa des del primer segon, però alhora deixant-nos la nostra tranquil·litat i privacitat. Les instal·lacions són una passada, siguis o no fan de l'època i la temàtica de tota la decoració. Tot i que no hi entra esmorzar, ens van deixar dos gots amb llet per fer-nos un milkshake, llesques de pa per fer torrades, mantega, melmelada... Va ser la nostra última parada del nostre viatge als Estats Units, i n'estic segura que la recordarem sempre!

Tenia de tot (paelles, fregalls, sabó, tuppers, oli, sal etc). Els utensilis bàsics. Nosaltres ens hi vam allotjar ja que l'endemà visitavem Universal Studio. L'amfitriona ens va resoldre tots els dubtes via xat de booking. Barri tranquil. Parking davant gratuit. Aprop de restaurants i supermercats (si arriba amb cotxe). Hi ha una guia molt extensa amb tot d'informació per fer coses, restaurants, etc a Los Angeles

New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage is located in Chico and offers free bikes. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

Wow. This place was even better than it's description and photos. Picturesque. To have a balcony with a stream passing by and a close view of the flowing stream from bedroom window was a high point. Really lovely staff, efficient and caring. Comfortable bed and great room. Fab breakfast with loads of nice choices. 6 minute walk to Nevada City high street. Free off-road parking. Fully recommend. A real 10/10.
