Everything,JP is a great host could not get a better host, flat is wonderful, deck and outdoor lounge are great the views are picture postcard, my wife and I are from Melbourne Australia, we don’t drive in Europe so at times the distance back into town was a little prohibitive and we are 66 & 67 so if you’re a bit younger or have a vehicle this is not any problem at all and it’s a pretty easy walk having said all that please don’t let that turn you off this place it’s as we say in Australia, bloody well fantastic mate , do yourself a favour and go stay in the beautiful town of Oberammergau at this place trust me you won’t regret it
