Room was really spacious and had everything you’d need - fridge, cutlery, cups, kettle, oven, microwave etc. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were exceptional. Breakfast included the morning after our one night stay was a nice touch also!

Great place, second time staying here, I LOVE that they do offer cleaning service everyday which is helpful for families since we do use the kitchen all the time. Love the location, it is literally across the street from the shopping mall and you have a lot of restaurant options nearby as well as supermarkets.You get to the hotel by a free bus from the train station. Bonus points for free laundry and drying machine on floors 1 and 3. I love Manchester and this hotel, would come back many times!

This property is winner of The Sunday Times 2019 Best Place to Stay in the North award. We stayed on the 7th floor in one of the penthouse apartments and it looked even better than the photos. It was very clean, spacious, lots of facilities, hugeee beds and access to 2 outdoor spaces, a private terrace from each bedroom and then upstairs, a communal balcony shared by the neighbouring apartments. The living area was set out in front of big windows which overlooked Manchester which provided a great view and fantastic lighting. We loved our stay and will definitely return in the future! Thanks 👏
