The location is one station away from the Kansai airport and 10 min walk from Rinku train station. The hotel is accross from Rinku premium outlet and park so if you like to go shopping, it is a perfect location. I was able to leave my luggage after check out and did some shopping. The hotel sells snacks and cup noodles in the lobby so if you arrive late, you can still get something to eat. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. Check in and out are very easy.

It had a beautiful view of the sea, cleanest and freshest seats, cleanest toilets, and amazing breakfast. They also have free shuttle to KIX airport and a free shuttle service to Aeon shopping mall.
