Situated in Rijeka, 5 km from Tower Center Rijeka and 6 km from Trsat Castle, the villa is 7 km from The Croatian National Theatre Ivan Zajc. The Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral is 7 km from Vila Rožica. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 12 km from the property. Villa Rožica is a family house. House has a ground and two standing floors. Villa comes with four separate bedroom, three bathrooms, kitchen dining and living room. A flat-screen TV is available. Every room in the living area has its own air conditioning unit. House is fully equipped for daily needs. Each of the standing floors has its own balcony. Upper balcony has a view to the surrounding hills and islands. Large backyards with separate terrace ,pool gazebo and american style bbq.
My name is Ivan. I am a mechanical engineer. Very much interested in meeting new people from various places. Tourism and hospitality is common for the area i live in and my family has lots of experience in this field. This has has extended to me so i am very happy to share my house for all the travelers that decide to stay with me.
