The warm hospitality of the staffs. The hotel provides activities and tours that you can sign up with. We booked a green tour with them and was given a private tour instead as it was low season. We were given free upgrade to the king suite room which was awesome. The daily breakfast provided at the hotel restaurant was also great, comes with hot selection, on the last day of our stay, it was a buffet spread and it was delicious, the good service given by the restaurant staff was also excellent.

There were several good restaurants around, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The sunset observatory is also very close. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. All of my friends who went with me were very satisfied. If I go to Goreme again, I will stay at this hotel.
