The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was quick and good, which is great if you are in a rush.

Room was nicer than the photos on the site and they gave me a foot spa at night. The receptionist was lovely and gave me recommendations for things to do around ho chi minh. The laundry is free if you need it but I didn't use it. Breakfast was nice I had the chocolate and banana crepe.

I give 10 out of 10 because of all of the good things I mentioned. But still there is room for getting better. For example they can put a real safe in the room instead of drawer with traditional key. They can upgrade the rooms with key cards like most of new hotels instead of actual key. Also sometimes the water temperature changes. But overall it didn’t bother me and I give them 10/10

The staff were so lovely, provided a foot soak on my last night, free laundry facilities and a free gift when leaving! I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming place, everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful and felt super comfortable here, 10/10 would recommend

The street noise can be a bit loud at times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Yêń who took the time to show me must-see spots in Vietnam. The included breakfast on the rooftop was also very nice.

There is no ventilator in the bathroom.

Nice, clean and spacious room with comfortable sofa in it, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast on the roof floor. Location is also very good, walking distance to city centre. What is very good is also free laundry service offered by hotel. And the best thing was cute surprise on our last evening- two foot baths with nice smelling leaves prepared for us in front of our room! I doubt you get this is five star luxury hotels! Just amazing!🤩

The single rooms do not necessarily have a window inside the bedroom, but it did have a window in the bathroom, so it's not a problem

I was really really sick while staying there and they cared so incredibly well for me! Offered to buy food and medicine without hesitation, brought me more water, regularly checked in on me over Whats App, a mother could not care better for her child! I also got a larger room than what I paid for when I prolonged my stay, checked in early without extra fee, they were all so incredibly kind *.*

Wifi signal was a little weak in my room (503) but was fine outside in the hallway and everywhere else in the hotel so not really an issue.

Wonderful staff, all very polite and attentive but special mention must go to the lovely Yên on reception whose warm greetings and stunning smile made every day of my stay a complete joy! What a fabulous young lady! Single occupancy room was cozy and comfortable with everything the solo traveller needs and the free breakfast up on the roof terrace was basic but much appreciated! Great value for money and loads of local food options in the surrounding streets makes this a superb base to explore this amazing city from! Highly recommended!

The single room, the emergency door is not sound proof, so u will hear the outdoors from air-conditioning which is so loud

First of all I am not staying in the room that I booked as there are some issues due the room quality. So they upgraded my room to a deluxe room which is amazing. So spacious, clean, chick The breakfast Soo delicious. It's not a buffet, so u have to order, but the taste is so good. Tip. Please at least book a deluxe room As the single room located at the end of the building, direct access to the emergency exit and yes, there's an emergency door inside ur room.
