Wonderful view from the pool and the room. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, Aircon worked perfectly. The breakfast was freshly prepared "a'la cart". It's not a honeymoon location but hey for such a price you couldn't ask for more. They also offer bikes for free.

The only thing I would say could help improve the stay is if the bathrooms were a bit nicer for the price of the stay. But they're functional and that's all you really need, I would still stay again

The views are absolutely stunning here. It's about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Tam Coc. Or you can use one of the free bikes.

As with all properties of e stayed in Vietnam, the pool areas are slippery. Not really a bad thing about the property but just something to keep in mind, especially when travelling with children.

Location is beautiful quiet and serene but quite a bit out of town. Although taxis are very cheap. Amazing staff, so very kind and helpful.

Everything was okay, nothing to 'complain' about. A few remarks perhaps: breakfast was very tasty but very limited choices (it gets you going for the day and you can always grab a bite in town). Getting into the swimmingpool was a bit tricky, especially for the little kids. The pool needed a bit of cleaning as well. And the hotel is very welcoming towards families with children but we had the feeling that the other guests staying there were looking for a more tranquil stay. None of the kids were noisy (luckily) but we felt they sort of hoped to have an adult-only experience. Just a feeling (and nothing to do with the hotel itself of course)

Adorable B&B a very short drive outside of Tam Coc center. There are bikes on site which you can take for free to go into town and it's not even a 10min bike ride. (Some bikes even have child seats, however no helmets) The family room was spatious, comfortable beds. Bathroom is rather basic but has all the facilities you need (and a huge shower!) The views are amazing! Nice pool. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. They can assist with booking trips, giving you advice on the best tours or things to go and see in the area. Had the feeling you can ask for anything, they will do their best to assist you at all times. Would recommend this place to others for the views and tranquil surroundings.

We loved our stay here! We arrived very early in the morning with the night bus at 5:30 but got a warm welcome right away. They have a waiting room with a shower and some benches were you can take a nap and we even got breakfast that morning eventhough check-in was not until 14:00. We were very lucky and got our room after breakfast. The location is great, nice and quiet bu just a few minutes bike ride to the center of Tam Coc. They also have great options for tours. And on our check-out day we had to leave very early and we even got a nice breakfast to go.
