Temperature of the bedroom was cold sometimes. Maybe It depends on everyone's preference. At early night (around 11pm) the room has just cool temperature, but at the late-night and morning, the temperature goes down and I started to feel cold about the temperature air of the bedroom. Anyway I could be happy at late-night using the blanket of the bed, wearing my warming cloth.

The owner is super friendly. When I got there I didn't know about GrabBike and things around there, but I could learn of the environment there asking some questions. Communication was even more smooth through all services. (laundry service, cleaning service, Meikong River traveling reservation, keeping baggage service, etc) One day in the morning I saw the owner was repairing the small components around the entrance door. I knew why all items could work very well. Small functions are functioning clearly well for example bathroom items, shower head, bed light, individual locker. Beds are at 2F, there was a spiral shaped narrow stair to go up to sleep, but considering the good price I just don't want to complain about this. The beds are quiet. the place is not for a party. This is just to rest and sleep. At night there are some people outside of the bedroom watching their cellphone, doing computer, etc. But at around 11 pm I think everyone just goes to sleep.

Nothing. I wish my holiday wasn't so short so that I could stay here longer.

The rooms are super clean with bathrooms and toilets inside of the dorm. Air con is on all day. The owner speaks fluent English and is super courteous and friendly. He's just a genuine and honest guy. I was supposed to stay for only 1 night but ended up staying 7. This is not a party hostel but you will get a chance to meet other friendly travellers as there are many communal areas to chill. Hostel is across the road from Minimart as well as many clean but delicious restaurants and cafes that open till late.

i cant see where any improvements could be made , these people know what to do & how to do it .. just keep keeping on

First of all , when I arrived at the hostel I was greeted by two very smiley & warm people , then one of their dogs came up to me to say hello , as soon as you walk into TZone you instantly feel welcome & really , a feeling of that , you have arrived home & who it turned out to be the man & wife proprietors of the hostel made me feel like one of the family & both are such wonderful ,considerate , thoughtful & genuine people , i had only booked one night initially but enjoyed my time so much with them i extended for one more , i wanted to spend more time with them before moving on as they are both so nice & i really wanted to sample the excellent food that she prepares & it didn't disappoint , absolutely delicious , good coffee too , all reasonably priced ,,, as well as that , the hostel has a special vibe , its clean & smells fresh , the bunks are like sleeping in a double bed & has great facilities , shampoo , shower gel & i think there may even be a tube of toothpaste in the wash area too , which are also very clean & tidy , i highly recommend this property , the price is also good for the service & charm received .. i will be staying there again on my return journey from the north & i cant wait to meet up again & share more cool vibes with my " Friends " ..

Perhaps the nicest and friendliest owners of a hostel I've ever met. Helped out with every request and question. Even let me shower long after my check out, since I was waiting for my train. Can not recommend highly enough. Especially if you wanna stay a bit away from the walking street and the crazy nightlife. This one's a bit tucked away from the road and pretty quiet.

The owners are the nicest and most helpful people I have met in a long time. I got lots of recommendations and the owner even drove me to the bus station twice on his scooter. The hostel itself has everything you need. It is in a quieter area, which is good for relaxing after a busy day. You can also get food and drinks for an affordable price. I can recommend the hostel to everyone! I felt completely at home.

The host was absolutely amazing. He would do anything you asked if you ever had a problem or a query. They also have laundry services where they do it for you aswell. Even though its in a dorm its pretty quiet and you have privacy in a reasonable size bed space with a curtain There was also a local restaurant next door that serves good food and amazing smoothies
