The staffs are quite rude. They woke me up at 11 PM to ask about additional fee that could have been asked during check out or in the morning. Breakfast is not that tasty.

Room is spacious and incredibly clean. Located right in front of the beach.

Lovely and clean hotel in a beautiful location, loved the view from our balcony. Other places in the city are easily accessible through a Grab or local taxi. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great value for money, highly recommend!

The facility is a little bit outdated. The bathroom has awkward design, does not separate the toilet area with shower area

Good location, very close to the beach. Breakfast menu changes everyday and has a lot of choices. Kudos to the chef. The food fits my taste. Probably the best breakfast service of all hotels we’ve ever stayed.

There is no room service or food. There is breakfast included, but nothing after that.

The location was fantastic. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The sea-view rooms have amazing view.

Having breakfast included every day is a great feature of this hotel. The variety of food is good, and the menu changes daily. However, there are some concerns about cleanliness. Customers are required to sanitize their hands when choosing their food and, ideally, use disposable plastic gloves to minimize the risk of contamination. In a world full of bacteria, it's important to take these precautions, especially since some customers don't cover their mouths when coughing. This can be unpleasant for others, particularly when facing the food and utensils. Additionally, some customers who are seriously ill still come down to eat, which can affect the dining experience. The dining area often feels crowded, and the air quality is not optimal due to cooking smells. The hotel should consider improving its air conditioning and ventilation system to address these issues.

Although we reached the hotel at 2pm, which is the check in time, we had to wait for 15-20mins for the room to be made available. Vegetarian options were very less at breakfast

Very good location just across the road from My Khe beach. We had a good view of the sea from a side window of the room. Room was fairly spacious and clean and with good facilities Hotel facilitated half-day tour of Hoi An and Marble Mountain at reasonable cost Room was cleaned regularly and clean towels and sheets were provided

Small window that open just a few inches. Next time I will pay more money to have a balcony with a view.

Good location for me because almost at the end of the beach. On the 9th floor, on the side of the hotel the view was good. Nice buffet included for breakfast. Full toiletries every day. Nice, soft, thick comforter.

Bathroom was weird. You could almost shower while sitting on the loo! Toilet seat was very old and stained plastic. Whole room needed updating really

Great location directly across the road from a lovely part of My Khe beach. Big room with sea views. Comfortable bed and a good buffet breakfast. About 2kms away from the western bars in the An Thuong tourist area.

Breakfast from the supposed heated silver containers was always cold, no matter what time you went - we went at 7, 8 and 9am and only the coffee was ever hot. Options can be a bit limited too, would’ve preferred some plain rice to be available every day (we had it just once out of 4 mornings) There were 4 very leaky air con vents in the breakfast area, which kept dripping on us/the table - not sure this is very hygienic or safe. The housekeeping staff were very noisy outside our room very early, sometimes before 7am! And one of the rooms next door (801 or 802) had a faulty door so it slammed extremely loudly whenever anyone went anywhere.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in yet in SE Asia, and definitely one of the most comfortable beds. Excellent shower power too. Had a great sea view! (Room 803)
