A lot of water leaks out of the bathroom bathing cubical which wets the dry area. This is very irritating. Due to off season the Mojito bar / restaurant closes at 7 pm but that seems to be the case with all the beach bars. This of course meant no noise since in some of the reviews guests were complaining of the same. Anyways, plenty options to eat and drink on the main road. Not the best beach to swim in off season since waves can be big especially when windy and water get deep very fast.

Located near city centre. On the beach which is relatively clean. Of course Kem and Sao beach which are 30 mins by bike are much much better. View from the room is superb and nice sunsets. Clean pool. Lovely breakfast and with good options. Good cocktails at the bar. Good, sweet, helpful and polite staff. Peaceful and quiet place. Easy to hire a bike through the hotel. Free airport transfer. Free beer stocked in the mini bar 🍺

There is nothing not to like here 6 star from these modest hosts.

Wowza! This is easily in my top 5 experiences travelling over 20 years. Thao and VanhAn (Rachel) were so accommodating on every single request. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I came down with a small cold and VanhAn went to the garden and pick fresh herbs for me to add to boiling water and breathe in the steam. Extremely clean and spacious with luxurious mattress, linen and pillows! Soft and fluffy bath sheets and washers. The Resort’s Mojito Bar is open all day. Right on the beach, so you can chose so eat breakfast lunch and dinner in the glasshouse indoor dining, lounge in the covered outdoors, or lay back on the beach chairs under an umbrella to be served tradition and some western food from the menu. If you decide on dinner, head down for a pre dinner cocktail as the sun goes down and watch to sun set over the ocean. AND my husband dropped his computer. In Australia all would have been lost but the owner contacted his IT support company and they not only repaired, but retrieved all his file and provided a hard drive! The IT guys were persuaded to keep trying until they had only good news. Our thanks to the whole team for a most cherished holiday.

Only thing that we were not happy about was a neigbor bar playing music in the evenings, good that it stopped not tool late.

We liked all about this place so much that we decided to end up out PHu Quoc trip again in this wonderful villa! Mostly we liked that beach was 10 steps from our room! In our appartment we had a kitchen, which is really helpful then travelling with a kid. Great cold coffees in beach bar, cool young coconuts and many more for reasonable price. Near by there are nice places for dinner, everything is easy reachable. Great place, thank you!!:)))

We liked everything about this villa! Location, staff, room and breakfast choice. Villa has well maintained beach area with bar. We had an amazing seaview. Room also has minibar with drinks included in room price. Beach towels and room towels changed everyday. Great laundry service. Also you can rent a bike. All our requests were heeded. And everybody smiles to you.

Everything! We felt so lucky to find this property. We had to leave a previous property due to cleanliness etc and Sealight sent their driver to collect us to ensure it was an easy move. The welcome drink on arrival was the cherry on top. The staff could not have been more helpful assisting us with laundry, scooter rental etc. The atmosphere was just gorgeous on the property. You have access to beds at the beach where food and drinks are served. The sunset in that area is spectacular. Be sure to book here and enjoy every minute.

We had little ants in our room and the water in the shower was impossible to adjust to a constant temperature. I'm sure if we had asked the staff about one of those topics, they would have found a solution, but we didn't because it didn't bother us that much. We were able to checkout later which was very kind, unfortunately they didn't tell us in advance that we had to pay for it (the price was absolutely fine and adequate, just the fact that we were told about this during checkout while the taxi was already waiting was unpleasant).

The interior design of the room and the house was nice. We loved that we could use the sunbeds at the beach for free and that the beach bar staff always made us feel welcomed though we didn't buy drinks from them. There were also sand playing toys in the beach bar, great for kids! The beach was very clean and beautiful. Great pool size and temperature. As the resort does not have many rooms, it felt very private. The house had a well equipped community kitchen and dining area. Room cleaning and new towels everyday, also comfortable pool towels every day. There was also a broom in front of the house that you could use if the room got dirty out of room service times. Breakfast delivery to the room was a very comfortable service, the choice could have been a little wider though (f.e. jam for the bread and/or pancakes would have been nice). The owners found solutions for every little problem very fast and even brought us a mosquito net at 11pm. We also liked the free airport pick-up and drop-off very much.

Didnt have a bathroom in a room. Had private bathroom outside of the room in the hallway. That was a little unpractical. Also shower water changes from boiling hot to freezing cold.

Perfect location next to beach and good restaurants. Room was big and clean and perfectly silent. Friendly staff and good cocktail bar at the beach. Very good WiFi.

Everything The owners are great, anything you will ask, they will do it for you. They will pick you up from airport and drop you when you leave. The beach boys are so attentive… Lots of nice places to eat just around the hotel

True 5* treatment. No pets allowed was the first thing we loved. Picked up at the airport and dropped off on leaving. Staff are very kind and will try to do anything you might need. Breakfast was world class. 9 menu choices. Served on balcony or in the restaurant, at the time you ask for. Semi private beach beds with shade on perfect, clean, coarse sand, no trash, nice drinks menu. Water gets deep within a couple of steps out. Parking is guarded at night. Good fan and also AC in the spacious room with good fridge, and big balcony. Beds were perfect balance between firm but still soft on top. Value for money is the absolute best we've had. I'd stay at no other place in Phu Quoc.

We had a fantastic stay for a week at Sealight. The location is great with direct beach access and close to many restaurants and shops. The owners/ managers are very helpful as are their staff. We were provided with amazing hospitality and acts of kindness throughout our stay. Our room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed. It has a mini fridge which has beer, soft drinks and water replenished throughout our stay. Breakfasts from the menu of about 9 combinations were fantastic, we ate in our room but you can choose to eat outside.The Mojito bar was really good to have open all day and evening and serving drinks on the beach side of the hotel. The cocktails were delicious and well presented. . The pool is a lovely alternative to the beach and is kept extremely clean. Would highly recommend this hotel

The whole stay was incredible. The hotel manager, Mrs. Thao, was extremely helpful and nice. A week before our arrival she asked about our flight to arrange free airport pickup. Same was when we were leaving. Breakfasts were excellent and you can choose between 9 different menus. Possibility to eat it outside (20 m from the seashore) or at the terrase which is part of the room. Room was clean, everyday service, fresh towels and replenishment of free minibar , including beer. Hotel manager could arrange all the trips on Phu Quoc. We enjoyed New year party with live music and free refreshment. And we used hotel beach bar during the day. Hotel provides sunbeds and parasols, free for the guests. There is a nice swimming pool suitable for children.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sealight Villa. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a balcony with a great view of the ocean. On New Year’s Day the staff even put on a buffet with live music! Staff were kind and accommodating despite the language barrier. Can’t say enough about this place, my partner and I would both love to return.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location, few steps from the beach that has all the services you may need. A few minutes walk to the nearest restaurants, shops, motorbike rentals and spas. The night market is about half an hour by foot, or ten minutes with free bus. The room was spacious, very clean and bright. Wonderful, big balcony to have breakfast or watch sunset. Cleaning daily and even free drinks in the fridge. The staff was very friendly, always happy to help. If we ever come back, we will definitely choose Sealight Villa again.
