Wow. Just wow! We chose Pink Tulip Hoi An because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Our 3 week stay was pure luxury. We stayed in the Studio which was very spacious. A wonderfully comfortable bed, great shower and lovely balcony. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real treat every morning. The location was perfect for us - away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of everything. But the best thing of all, the owners - Trung and Anne. Thank you! So much! We were amazed at the charming space you have managed to create. And every day, week in and week out, you greet your guests with such hospitality and kindness. We became quite spoiled, feeling so well taken care of. We will return. Cảm ơn.

Very quiet and special place. The owners,are very nice. Requires bycicle / motorbike to get to old city/ beach, but for me it part of the fun.

This is one of the most unique places I've stayed in. The style is authentic, the rooms clean, beds are really comfortable and the owners are just really friendly. Breakfast is delicious as well! They really spoiled us there. Thanks again, Pink Tulip, for a great stay. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay.

This place is heaven ! Beautiful place, really good breakfast, lovely helpful staff and the garden is like a fairytale ! Surrounded by amazing rice field, quite place. You can rent a bike for free, only 10 minutes to the old town. Everything was perfect, we understand the very good reviews ! Best place we stayed in Vietnam ! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This homestay is nice and clean you can see how attentive the owners are to every detail, inside and outside the room. Simple but good breakfast. Very clean. The homestay is not located in the center which is good if you want to be outside the busy area, or not if you want to be near everything. 25 minutes by walking. We enjoyed our walk on the riverside though. Good value for money.

I only stayed 2 nights, the overall experience was great and I had very good sleeps. Thank you so much! There are things that I would like to mention though: - not so many food variety options in the near surroundings in the evening, but walking a bit farer (ca. 12-15 min.) will get you there - smoke of burned items from the neighbour's garden, but I believe it's temporarily (and out of the hosts' control)

A beautiful place to stay - the room, dining/living area and garden were absolutely among the best we have experienced. Trung and Annee (sorry if that is the wrong spelling!) were wonderful hosts both in how friendly and welcoming they were and in how helpful they were in arranging transport and in their recommendations. Everything was faultless - new modern rooms and amenities, friendly staff, great breakfast, good location both to the beach and the Old Town with free bicycles to get there. Anne and Trang run the place like a hotel, but treat the guests like bed and breakfast hosts!

I liked everything.

I had difficulty choosing a property from the many available in Hoi An and I am so glad I chose this one! The property is located in a uniquely quiet and green, peaceful street near Hoi An. It provided a beautiful tranquil clean welcoming oasis on the outskirts of the small city. It was an easy walk or bike ride into the Hoi An old city centre, but allowed fresh air and quiet not available in the city centre. The room was well appointed, spotless and all amenities provided. The shower was huge and great water pressure. The sink was also huge. The cute garden area visible from my terrace provided a beautiful surrounding. Breakfast was big and fresh and delicious. Ani and Mr Trung were incredibly accommodating and lovely. They answered all my many questions and even assisted me after I had left. The free bikes were so handy and I loved riding into the rice fields, to the beach and to the city centre. It was all flat and so easy. The place was perfectly positioned between all. I can’t wait to visit again. This place is a real gem. Thank you, Ani and Trung!

A 4-star experience for a 2-star price. An easy 10/10 from me. As for the location, be aware that you can access the riverside lane/promenade via a two minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk. From there you can ride/stroll all the way to the ancient town, passing several coffee shops and restaurants along the way.

Breakfast was always satisfying and filling. Being a nature lover for peace and quiet, Pink Tulip's location was perfect. It's on a small lane way off one of Hoi An's main streets providing, not only some interesting walks out into the rice paddies, but also some good restaurants on the main drag where I could find a variety of good local Vietnamese food. I should also mention that the two owners do a marvellous job at servicing their guests as there are just the two of them there to fulfill all our needs....including the cleaning of our rooms every day if we wished.

Anne and Trung are very laid back and friendly and the wonderfully designed house is a relaxed place to be. The room is very tasteful with a very nice balcony area. I enjoyed being away from the noise of roads and karaoke, 10 minutes by bikes provided by the house to get to the centre of Hoi An.

Lovely hotel with a lot of attention to detail (super clean, welcome coffee, great water pressure in the shower, proper bedding & good mattress, everything being well maintained). Convenient location with easy access to the old town by free bycicle or a beautiful walk along the river. Pink Tulip is a beautiful garden oasis in Hoi An! The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and rainfall shower. Bicycles were available and provided easy access to the old town, beach and rice fields. Many great restaurants are a short distance away. There is a common area/breakfast room serving a delicious breakfast selection with amazing Vietnamese coffee. Here, we enjoyed chatting with other guests and especially with the owners. Anne and Trung are extraordinary hosts who provided us with information about the area, answered every question and set us up with a great driver/guide for exploring Hoi An and Da Nang. An unforgettable experience.
