The aircon was a little noisy but otherwise no complaints. Bed was good enough for a couple of nights.

Room as pictured and described. Location is too far to walk to District 1 easily but good location for District 3. Staff was nice. Recommend if you're after something good value and simple.

This property is located at district 3 so all the prime locations are in just approx 2-3 km range. We used to walk and go in the night. We were girls and we found it very safe to hang around. It is managed by a family. They are very helpful. You will have access to a kitchen where you can heat your food if you want. You will be provided with some kitchen tools or utensils in your room. It is also cost effective. If you are not looking out for a luxury stay then this is a best for you. You can travel in a city in bus from here or download a grab in your phone and book cabs. The host even helped us to book a cab on different apps to the airport for us when we were finding it difficult due to high demand. Allowed us to keep our luggage till the evening after checkout. Overall it was a pleasant and hassle free stay.

I always come back to this wonderful place. I can highly recommend. It is very central, clean, the family is super nice and helpful. All very easy, fair, they are very honest and caring. Staff was super-nice and very helpful. Took good care of our luggage when we had checked out and had some time left till our flight. Everything was clean, there was even a lift so we didn't need to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

The front door gets locked at night around 22:00 (presumably, for safety), and getting in and out is impossible without ringing the staff.

We loved the location, even though initially it was a bit hard to find down the alley. Great places to eat across the road, very authentic, local neighbourhood. Close to district one and easy to get there by GRAB. Quiet location and wonderful hospitality.

Ants may be off-putting for some people, but it was okay with us. Tip: just keep your food in the fridge or dispose of it in the waste bin and you won’t even notice them.

It was very clean and comfortable, just what you need for a short stay. Good location, easy access to taxis to explore the city. They also have a laundary service that we found very useful. The host and their family are very sweet and welcoming.

Was great!

Well taken care of hotel that’s super clean! One of our better stays in SEA. The location is also not that far from everything! You can walk to the war museum in 20mins on sidewalks, and take a 8-10 min grab to the main walking street.
