Really enjoyed our time on the cruise. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was gorgeous and spacious with big windows allowing for a lovely view. The food on board was also delicious.

Just little things that did not by any means ruin the trip the lack knowledge or understanding around allergies and the route could be improved have 2 days and 3 day people on the same cruise meaning kayaking in the same place.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ha long and Lan ha bay is amazing to see, and you can lie in bed and watch it go by. The food was nice, the activities were good. The swimming was great. Would highly recommend the cruise.

Expensive but overall a great experience. Would consider only doing 1 night if we returned and spending more elsewhere.

Beautiful boat with large comfortable rooms. Spacious bathroom and show with a soaker tub. Safe in the room along with coffee making supplies for the morning. Staff were excellent and attentive. Lots of food and were able to accommodate my shellfish allergy during meal service. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options. Happy hour was great for pre-dinner cocktails. The tours organized by the boat were ok and gave you the opportunity to kayak and swim. Visiting the village felt like a time filler but again it was nice to see another area. We did not bike as it had rained earlier and the roads wore a bit slick. Local boats with come by the ship and sell beer and snacks at cheaper prices that the boat bar. Nice outside sitting area to enjoy a beer and take in the area. We did the 2 night tip but would cut it to 1 night if we could do it over again considering the cost. I would have rather spent the extra money elsewhere in Vietnam.

Cabin was a great size and balcony was excellent. Staff were fabulous!! Food…so much food and delicious. The trips were well organised and fun and always had a supply of water for us. Cooking demonstrations and being able to have ago. Transfers were spot on. Had a private transfer arranged by cruise to take us directly to airport and we arrived in ample time for our late afternoon flight to Da Nang. We loved this cruise and everything about it!!

What an amazing two night cruise. The boat, staff, and food were exceptional. The days were well organised, on time, and the activities were so much fun. All the suites had floor to ceiling windows to watch the stunning scenery - you could even have a soak in the bath and enjoy the amazing view. 10/10

Amazing rooms and interiors, felt so luxurious! Our room had a massive window infront of the bed and by the bath. Got a bit teared up by just how much I was enjoying it! Food was amazing! Staff were amazing! Activities were great and well thought out. Sailed past lots of other boats and think ours definitely looked the best!

The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice if how to tip staff (on boat and tour guides) were clearer as there wasn't always a natural moment to do it. Maybe two separate boxes? Maybe a tipping option online? Not sure.

This cruise was an amazing experience and it was so worth the cost.The room was stunning and we were delighted to enjoy the views from the massive windows. The cave tour on the bamboo boats and kayaking were great ways to see the bay. The staff were exceptional and the food was great.

Mr. Sunny and his team were incredibly gracious and welcoming hosts! Our coordinator, Ms. Chee, was exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. She efficiently managed all the necessary arrangements prior to the cruise, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The checkout was also effortless, as she had thoughtfully arranged a taxi to the airport. Mr. Lee was an outstanding tour guide, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. The rooms were immaculate. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Honestly, nothing! Everything was great. It was pricey, but you get what you pay for. Drinks were a lot more expensive than the rest of Vietnam, but restocking boats and keeping everything cool isn't so easy on a boat!

Right from being picked up from our hotel in Hanoi, we were treated like VIP. The cruise attracts mostly couples in their 30s and this was perfect for us. Everyone was really friendly in our group, and the cruise felt so personal. Our room was spotless, and the staff even left a bottle of wine for us.
