Amazing hotel. Everything is like a 5 star chain hotel. The room is perfect and has an incredible view. The stuff is professional. Everyone speaks English (It's not often like this in Vietnam). The restaurant is nice. There is a large selection on the buffet. The best hotel in Vietnam I've been to. If we go back to the Hoian, then only here.

This is a lovely hotel to be in. The staff, the facilities, the pool. It was an excellent oasis to return to and relex in after exploring Hoi An.

The location is quietly located away from the town center, which gave me a good break from its business. The town center is still within walking distance. There is a free use of a bicycle and it was an easy ride to the outskirts of Hoi an. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast has a great variety from local to continental dishes.

Simply perfect! Probably the best accomadation we had in Vietnam. Staff was very kind and caring. It was remarkable that all of them were informed if we had some wish or request, they all took care of it and knew what the status is, without us having to repeat it every time. And the food in the restaurant was also great!

Nothing really

The hotel is located near the center of Hoi An, but just far enough from the center to not be too busy. There are also many fun things to do in the surrounding area (e.g. lantern making class) and some great restaurants near the river. And after a day of sightseeing, you can get some great drinks at the pool. The staff was really amazing (special thanks to Lang, with whom we had really fun conversations. It was really nice to get to know him). Furthermore, the Hotel is quite new. So everything looks really splendid.

The amenities, breakfast, and room were all good. But what was even better was the friendliness of the staff. And I was touched by their willingness to help. We were 6 adults and 2 children, and we all praised it as the best and would like to come back again. Pick-up and drop-off service. Massage, restaurant, and breakfast are all satisfactory!

Nothing, possibly the best hotel I have experienced.

Stayed 2 nights as a quick stop over trip in Hoi An and couldn’t have been happier. The staff were very accommodating and assisted us in planning our short stay. The room was clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the pool was exactly what you needed after a long day. Will stay here again on our next visit. Thank you again!

Hotel confirmed to pick us up in Danang. However they forgot to arrange the pickup, so we were waiting and waiting. After we called them they did arrange the transportation as fast as they could. In the end took us around 45 minutes waiting time. The staff sincerely apologised more than once, so I assume it was an unfortunate one time only mistake. Because of the fantastic service level they deserve the highest score.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Breakfast was sensational and the Pool was fantastic. The hotel is located just a short stroll from the main HoiAn night markets. The free bicycles were great. Could not praise this Hotel and its staff enough.

There was an odd smell like paint thinner in my friend's room that showed up on our last day. Staff brought a scented oil thing to cover the smell but I think they should have just offered another room.

Our stay here was lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice pool. Location is just on the edge of the busy area, which made it walkable but quiet. Staff were all helpful and professional. They were willing to do the free airport pick up from the train station instead of the airport in Da Nang for us. Definitely recommend staying here.

The gym is small and lacks equipment, only suitable for a quick thread-mill run. It’s a bonus so we did not mind too much.

It’s a very new property with spacious rooms that are very light. Bathrooms are fully equipped and the outdoor areas are spacious. The staff is helpful in many ways (transfers, motorbikes, tailor, laundry) and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect, just outside the more busy old quarter but within walking distance. The beach is within 10 minutes drive with a motorbike and there are plenty of (more local) restaurants surrounding the area.
