The two bedroom cottage was very cozy with a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill,two tv's and plenty of outdoor seating that overlooked the lake. JANET the owner was extremely friendly and welcomed us with open arms. Looking forward to returning. Enjoyed our dinner cruise on the Mt. Washington.

We were traveling through NH and we called ahead to gather more information about the shared bathrooms, and we also required an additional parking space for our ATV trailer and needed to know if that was available. It was for a small additional daily fee. When we called ahead, the staff answered our questions very openly and with no presence of attitude. When we arrived, the staff were just as pleasant and accommodating as when we had spoken on the phone. The staff even walked us to our additional parking spot. We had absolutely no problems getting checked in and onward with our vacation! The bathrooms were just as explained, very clean, and with multiple bathrooms and showers on both floors, we had zero waiting any time of day or night. The lake view from our room was lovely, as was the adorable single bedroom we stayed in. The coffee and tea bar in the Inn's reception area is a nice touch and was available any time of day as well. Another sweet touch is the warm fresh muffins presented in the reception area each morning! The Inn itself is on the national historic registry and was such a gem to find available! Very friendly staff; made us feel special! Loved the personal touch and Janet’s homemade muffins in the morning. Perfect location, close to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Nice pool. Just a great experience…we’ll be back.

It's located on a big hill and my significant other has COPD which made it a bit of a challenge when walking up at the end of the night.

Great location. friendly staff. I will stay there again in the future. You could hear local bands from the sitting area of the Inn which was nice too.

Small room with not so many comfort with fridge or closet space. Great coffee for morning but only fruit of muffins for breakfast. Location on a hill makes it difficult to walk around and having to find things on property AKA ICE
