Stairs to 2nd floor were unexpectedly steep - with no elevator option (especially for those who would need it for heavier luggage or health issues). Bathroom lighting is awful - definitely needs to be upgraded so that anyone who wears make-up or needs to do their hair for an event, can actually see themselves clearly in good light without walking out of the room looking like a drag queen or clown. I booked 2 rooms with lake view. First-floor room had views of the parking lot. 2nd-floor room had partial views of the lake.

I booked 2 king rooms with lake views. I thought we'd be next door (or within a few doors) to each other. However, one room was upstairs with a partial lake view and the other room was on the main level with a view of the parking lot. If you have issues with stairs, request a room on the main floor - but be aware that even if you book a lake view room, you may end up with zero views or a view of the parking lot. The room prices should be reflective of the view - in my opinion. So, I don't believe the price I paid for one of the rooms (with a parking lot view) was worth the money charged.

Bath, and shower a little small ( but clean, and workable). No desk / chair in room. Ac unit blowing air directly on me while in bed with no way to divert air elsewhere. (Put lounge chair in front of vent to fix) I did not see an elevator which is fine for me, but could be issue for some. (There may have been one I did not see).

Modern yet rustic. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Balcony off room. Beach area for swimming. Well maintained building, and grounds. Continental breakfast with a little extra. Easy to get to. Good food, and hiking nearby, shopping, lake Winnipesaukee, scenic railroad. Just awesome weekend all around.

The Center Harbor Inn was beautiful! Everything was clean and in good working order.The staff was friendly and helpful…providing whatever we requested ( extra towels etc) The water view from your room is breathtaking. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the mornings and then used the kayaks to explore the harbor and watch the loons! The fire pit in the evening was an added treat !! highly recommend a stay that is a great value for your money.

I reserved rooms for guests who were visiting us in Moultonboro for a 60th Birthday party. They loved the accommodations a and convenience including the boat slip reservation

All rooms are advertised as water front or view but the rooms closer to the office don’t really have a view. But that’s ok! Spend less time in side! Can even take your breakfast to go and eat at the beach or fire pit chairs

Breakfast was perfect. Location was fine, just have to go thru outside when it was raining but not a far walk.

Huge upgrade with the renovations. The property is fantastic. It is a little pricey for early in the summer season but I understand they have to make their profit in short period of time.

The check in staff member wasn't very personable or helpful when asked for restaurant selections. He basically just handed us a paper with area restaurants, which was disappointing. The breakfast sitting area would be nicer if it was bigger and if the menu had more options.

The location is beautiful! The breakfast area is small, so most guests grab and go. The breakfast menu is small, only 2 hot dishes and the rest is basically grab and go. The grounds are well maintained with many options (beach, hot tub, pool, fire pit). Great getaway for our anniversary!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful! The view of the lake from our room was a great feature. The location was convenient to area. The breakfast was good. We would definitely go back if we were in the area.
