Wifi didn't always work. Our room shared a wall with the elevator/lift, which meant we could hear it every time it was used, day and night.

Location was perfect for our needs while in Ternopil.

I and my daughter lived on a room with 2 beds. We would prefer to have the individual beds wider - they were too narrow and therefore uncomfortable

I was visiting a family in Ternopil. The location was great because the hotel was close to my family's apartment. Also, it was very close to a nice quiet restaurant, and the service was excellent.

For breakfast you go to the neighboring music club, but everything is within one building, so it's not too uncomfortable. And the hotel does not disturb at all.

Everything was as I expected. The non-stop supermarket in the building also evaluates positively. And maybe someone will welcome the music club, which is also in the building. But I have to say that the hotel does not disturb at all.

The lack of a wash facilities at the hotel had to go to the ground floor wash service , and unfortunately deliver a week later:)) , and I don't understand that because of the inability to speak in English, with high prices of services ( 1 week to deilver) never happened to me :)) ! Unfortunately, my loss was a great loss, plus my clothes off!

The smell in the rooms was unpleasant, I had to ask my room to be changed and in the 4th room we finally found a bearable smell to stay. After all of this I had to face another issue - the 3 large dots on the duvet. I was so disappointed. I couldn’t ask for one more change, I was so tired already. Likely I took a double room, the other bad was clean. It was so loud as well I could hear people from other rooms like they were in the same room with me. And the noise at night was interfering my sleep.

The stuff is very nice and friendly.

The hotel location is not quite there as Booking shows. The elevator does not work, the hotel is on the 3rd floor. When the air raid alert is on, one cannot get in or out of the hotel - stuff locks the entrance and leaves the reception. Loud construction work is ongoing in the building the whole day through. Heating and hot water do depend on electricity, so they are off during blackouts too.

Friendly staff. The location was good for my purpose. Clean.

Interesting location; a refurbished office building with one level changed to comfortable large Hotel rooms. Breakfast in the Night Club ?! but good breakfast and friendly service. The reception, totally depends on who is working there, one English speaking lady was very effective. The others impossible to communicate with. Concerning the WIFI. Rather make it paid for, but then it should work. With the current connection an impossible situation.

- I’ve booked the largest suite with city view; to my surprise it has no curtains!; staff was helpful into switching to junior room (with curtains!) and breakfast. - at 10pm; the reception area (which is beside all the rooms) became very noisy; people talking and laughing loudly; it lasted for almost 2 hours; where we couldnt sleep until they left. - there is no washing machine facility in the hotel.

Very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very delicious breakfast. Location is GREAT; beside a huge park; above a supermarket and restaurant; and there is a fuel station near by.
