We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UkraineThis place should be called a mini hotel, not a boutique hotel. It's way too misleading, along with the address on Google Maps. It's hardly a place for people who travel by car. The hotel itself is impossible to find without help, it's tiny with the same tiny parking and separated from the restaurant. As we arrived, we found only one pair of slippers, for the rest, what we needed, we had to ask twice. On last evening we were asked about the time when we have breakfast next day. In the morning the same lady told us that actually we couldn't have breakfast, because the restaurant was closed for regular Monday cleaning O_o And after we packed all, were fully dressed and prepared to go out, we were offered to have breakfast in our room, which was already way less comfortable, than as if we would have been told about this whole situation beforehand in the evening.
A cute room with a big bathtub, robes, welcome water bottles and quite stylish décor. The closet is quite big and contains hangers and a minifridge. The hotel is located in the center, but right at the park, so it's very quiet even with open windows. A restaurant, where breakfasts are served, is a highlight. The location gives you an opportunity to have nice walks right after having breakfast.

United KingdomFor business this may not be the best hotel, the actual hotel is beautiful and done to a very high standard. But at around 12.30am it seems like the locals had a party and the reception didn't do anything to stop it. Also very low levels of English were spoken (maybe I should learn Ukrainian) the breakfast didn't start until 9am and there was a power cut this morning meaning I had to get ready in the dark and miss breakfast (again 9 am for breakfast isn't great when your on business)
The room was amazing and the bed comfortable the sofa was also stunning as was the bath room It was very clean.

Breakfast in Ukraine is the same in ALL the hotels. It is nothing like a breakfast in the west. From a westerners point of view I rate it a 1. For Ukrainians, they just dont know..
