A little old smell and the AC is loud. The shower head didn't have much force. One type of the shower heads doesn't work.

Breakfast is great. Exercise room is decent. Parking attendants are very helpful and so do all the breakfast staff. The front desk and house keeping all very helpful.

The parking attendant Jay who speaks english well was so helpful in finding parking spot for the car. It is a luxurious hotel with good breakfast and ample parking lot. The room is super large and clean. Breakfast is good.

- soundproofing badly with housekeeping sound in the next door and upstairs, door closing(slamming), people gathering and chating in the hallways in the early morning which were not improved after complaining - the floor just in front of the elevator is bumpy, and it's easy to trip over

The only glitch is that the hairdryer in my room only works about 30 second then it gets overheat and stops. It can be turned on after a after it cools down but only lasts another 30 seconds. I’ve already settled down after I found out about this and didn’t bother to ask for changing a room.

I like it the hotel are very clean and quiet. The staffs are polite and friendly.

Unfortunately, despite the beautiful visual look, the maintenance and cleaning needs improvement! Maintenance, customer relations experience, and cleaning needs better training and investment into physical improvements. Seems like there is dust and mold in the air system and for someone like me highly allergic to mold, it was a problem. We entered the room and immediately noticed a smell. We asked to change rooms and instead someone was sent up to “check” the smell to which he claimed there wasn’t any — so he was going to use a small portable box machine to treat the room—I guess it was some sort of filter (also opened the window) but he said it wasn’t good for us to be in the room then —so not sure what kind of treatment it was. But after waiting in the 2nd floor tea room he sent us to, we decided to insist for a change of rooms at the front desk because we had paid almost double other hotels we could have booked and knew the smell would make our stay unpleasant. They did offer us then another room on a lower floor but when we entered that room, it was the same smell. The guy opened the adjacent room and that one was better than the other two. We asked him to also do the treatment to the THIRD room that we saw and hoped for the best as we finally left for dinner after a long day of travel. When we got back to the room and adjusted the temperature the air system essentially was blowing dust and mold in. I tried turning it off and opening the window but worried about the parking attendant’s smoking rising to the room window. So just tired, we just wanted to sleep. I took allergy medicine since I’m highly allergic to mold and dust and woke up with a headache and throat irritation. The curtains when pulled open or shut had such a layer of dust (like they’ve never been cleaned in the ten years) leaving your hands sticky. Dust is visible on the lamps on the desk and surfaces.

Visually the place is stunning and that’s what drew me to book it. The rooms are large and the walk-in shower space is immense with rain shower and regular shower head. The instruction card for usage was by the nice packaged amenities like toothbrush and paste, shaver and cream, shower cap, and soap. Scent in dispenser for shampoo and body wash was enjoyable but no conditioner. Overall breakfast buffet’s selection was vast and nicely presented and open 6:30 til 10 AM. The Winter melon iced tea was so good!
