The room amenities were super old, hair drier was something out of the 80’s and it was so slow that I could not use it all to dry my thick long hair.

Beautiful location with private beach. Great value for money if you choose the all inclusive option! We were never hungry and there’s a constant flow of food, drinks, snacks and ice cream. Staff are super friendly and so accommodating. We had a lovely stay and did not want to leave! Fun daily and nightly activities as well, there’s something for everyone.

The staff in the restaurant removed the plates very quickly in front of you 😄 sometimes i just put my plate and go to bring another thing and back to find them removed the plates and i didn't start to eat yet. Also the room telephone was not working and i informed them but they did not fix it.

Everything was perfect, i like the place so much and will recommend it to my friends, it is a resort very relaxing and you have everything inside so you do not like to go out 😄 Coffee and tea all the time was very nice for me. The staff was nice and helpful especially Mr. Merit was always there to make me happy and comfortable during my stay. The food is also nice and a lot of variety especially the breakfast. My balcony view was fascinating i did not want to leave it.

Staff is awesome group of young man and ladies who were more than friendly and welcoming.Special shout out goes to Concierge Mert , and Zeus bar team - Hamza , Yusuf, Hesam and others who made us feel so welcome. The sand on the beach wasnt very good, there were a lot of dogs going around the hotel freely which is not bery good if you are afraid of them as two of the big dogs started to fight at some point. The hotel is pretty far from the central areas but there is good public transport at least. As for the food - there were a lot of tasty options but most of them were repeated every day and if you dont come at the beginning of the breakfast/lunch or dinner most of the tasty or different options will be gone and not restocked. For example every day we went to breakfast at like 9:00 and there were no croissants, pancakes or danishes left. You should not be made to wake up at 7 just to have a variety of choices. Almost all of the staff in the restaurant were a bit rude - they asked a lot of people if they want something to drink but they never asked us , almost like they do it only for people they think would tip them. Also one time I asked for a knife and fork as I did not find any table to have them because none of them have been cleaned and no one came to give me, i had to search for 10 minutes to find . And the last thing in the restaurant that occured was when they were giving skewers I asked the man if mine could be a bit more burnt because some of them looked a bit raw and he answered "well those are my abilities" when I dont think I was rude or asked for something impossible. But I guess those are all small things. Overall it was okay

It was very clean and tidy, the maids came by every day to ask if there was something we needed to he changed, there was a complimentary 1 hour canoe ride when you check in which was great, the rooms and buildings are well maintained overall, there is a lot of places where you can have a drink (cafe, bar by the pool etc) , people on reception were very nice, there were a lot of entertainments like mini golf, darts and such which was fun. The entertainment staff were very polite. Overall okay quality for price.

Overall, rooms are outdated, but still comfortable enough. Not much more outdated than an average hilton. Appliances are very old though. Had an issue with an air conditioner which stopped working. Someone came and spent an hour fixing - after they left, the air conditioner only worked for 5 min. Had to call multiple times before someone came again, but only in the next evening. It took 2 hours to fix, during that time we were not able to use the room. After they left, TV stopped working but we didn’t even bother asking to fix it. If we didn’t have that experience, I would rate the hotel 8/10.

- beach: very clean - coffee place: being able to just walk 1 min from the beach and get a cup of proper coffee goes a long way - staff: more attentive and friendly than at similarly priced hotels - food: good quality, great variety of appetizers. Not enough variety of meat or fruits though

Cut off time for special reservations for dinner said 12 am in literature. They meant 12 pm noon . Only an elevator to the restaurant area , not in the hotel/ room section. My mistake which caused them to jump through hoops for me.

Beautiful place perfect for families with children. Our room was spacious and had a great view. The food was delicious and more than enough, we loved that fact that there was a special children’s corner in the main restaurant. The resort is so well maintained, a lot of green, very clean and everything is easy to reach, from the beach to the coffee house, swimming pool, SPA. Very well designed. The staff is amazing. I travelled with my family and my 2 years old son, and he had the best time as everyone was playing with him. Big thanks to MERT from the reception. I've never had a better service. He was just one message away from organising anything we needed, from the airport transfer to dinner reservations. He is the heart of the resort! The staff at the restaurant was also amazing. Halil from the main restaurant was so kind to make sure we had everything we needed at every meal. Thanks the Kairaba Resort! we will def come back!

If we were being picky then I would say the gym was pretty basic (eg no cycling machine) and water sports expensive - they wanted 20 euros just to hire a canoe for an hour- we ended up going wind-surfing with Akyarlar Surfing for £10 per hour - Akyarlar is a very pretty village/cov/harbour

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it has nicely designed stone fronted buildings, with palm lined gardens and paths - and a large private beach in a beautiful cove enclosed by rocky headlands. (Nice walks) The staff were all really friendly and made a real effort to engage - we were especially impressed with Mert - the booking.com rep who was super helpful - really nice guy and Mohammed in the main restaurant- and many others whose names we didn’t get. The guys at fish restaurant and spar were great too.

Food could be better, menu is repetitive and the quality could have been better. We solicite the staff to improve to make the stay really wonderful. Also entertainment could be more various.

No air conditioner in the main restaurant. Secluded location (Bodrum city centre is around 30-40 min).

The resort itself is amazing. Food is great but a little bit repetitive.The staff is very helpful and all facilities are very clean. The beach is not very big but the sea is wonderful.
