Convenient to bus station in Bueng Kan. Very nice clean room with all necessary facilities, balcony, good aircon etc. There is a small shop at reception selling drinks, noodles etc, and they will order takeaway food for you and bring it to your room. Will also order tuk tuks for you, as these do not patrol the streets in Bueng Kan. Also helpful in arranging trips to Naga Caves, 3 Whale Rock etc. 2nd time at this hotel, and we will return.

Very nice room and property close to Bueng Kan bus station and local eateries. The staff were very helpful and able to arrange full day trips for us to (1) Naga Caves in National Park, (2) 3 Whale Rocks and Wat Phu Tok. Reception sells beer, soft drinks, chips, instant noodles etc, so no need to go looking for a convenience store. Very good price and comfortable bed.

As almost everywhere in Thailand, there were ants in the room. I let the receptionist know about them, and after that they were using some chemicals against them, so they have not shown up ever since. So I reckon this was sorted quick and effectively.

First of all, the hotel is a fantastic value for money. The room was equipped with everything one might need: a private bathroom with a shower, an air conditioner, a TV, a balcony, free bottles of water every day, a fridge. The cleaning was regular and efficient. The room was spacious and looked quite fresh. The staff was very helpful, they helped me to arrange a car to visit all local places of interest (which are not that close by): Three Whale Rocks, Wat Phu Tok, the Naka cave, etc. The reception was open till evening and you could buy from them snacks and soda, they also have a kettle to boil some hot water free of charge. As a solo female traveler I always pay extra attention to safety, but both neighbourhood and the hotel itself seemed totally safe and tranquil. As far as I understand, it is a family-run business and they put a lot of effort into being as hospitable as possible.

The bathrooms should be improved, and the water supply to the washbasin should be restored to working order. Then everything worked perfectly.

Very warm welcome at the reception, the staff is very helpful. the hotel is well placed 950 m from the Mekong and most of the restaurants. My room was very clean and very well equipped. I am satisfied with this hotel.

No lift. Have to climb up stairs. Unfortunately water in the bathroom is stugged on the floor due to inclining is not enough. The floor in the bathroom is also slippery, very dangerous.

facility was infested with ant. the bed was hard, could feel the springs pressing against your back. got hit with extra fees for "dirty ingredients the bed and linen." did not supply enough clean towels per day.

Convoluted road system to get in and out of the hotel.

Good location for trips out to 3 Whale Rock or Yod Phu Tok. Very basic accommodation but spotlessly clean. No restaurant or breakfast but Lotus across the highway.
